First impressions review: will update my review once I've gone further deeper.

Pros:
- Great storytelling
- Game is beautiful on max settings (not like I can run max settings)
- Definitely challenging with a sense of reward, and beautiful attack patterns for the bosses.
- Unique concept of being able to use "spirits" to fight.

Cons:
- Optimisation is pretty bad
- Not sure if intended, but there's a noticeable input delay on everything from moving the camera, to dodging and attacking which can really mess with fighting bosses
- Partly to do with above, attacks that should feel high-speed feel a bit sluggish

Overall I recommend if you want a great storytelling experience with a challenge, but it 100% needs a beefy PC to run smoothly. I ended up toning down my settings to low and slapping on DLSS (5800X3D @ 4.5GHz, RTX3080 @ 2100MHz, 64GB 3200MHz) to get a barely playable experience, but to be fair I'm probably missing something.

A very cute and comfy puzzle game what involves you playing as different pups to score a goal by moving each pup on the tiles and lining up the perfect shot.

The game is very easy to understand, but also has challenging levels later in the demo which makes you think (and Ctrl Z) to work out how you can move each character in a way to beat the level. When I beat the demo, I really did feel accomplished because some of the levels tested me and had me manifesting big brain energy to win.

The sound design is soft and lighthearted, and the controls are very simple to understand. My favourite part about the game is the artwork, each character is so adorable (especially with the cute little sprites when you lose the ball or run into someone) and made me fall in love with all the characters the demo has to offer.

Overall, I had a great time and very excited to test the v1.0 ♡

Short and sweet, you walk around in an aesthetic environment and take pictures to get the Japanese word. You can also look in the journal for contextual phrases around the word and also some basic lessons on greetings/common phrases. And you can pet the dog.

Nothing bad I can say about this game outside of optimisation. Everything is colourful, easy to travel around, the challenge mode is very useful. The result is that actually, I've been able to learn things by playing this game. Streaming this game was also a blast. Controls are simple and easy to understand, and you can play with controller too.

Overall, after waiting a year for the development of this game, I'm extremely happy with the end product and would love to keep coming back to this as a learning tool both personally and on stream.

Early Access Review
It's a fun game and time killer, but I would say it lacks depth, there is some progression but it's very simple to the point where I would say even a ROBLOX Tycoon game has more variety.

I'm incredibly disappointed you had to use an AI generated thumbnail instead of hiring a graphic designer to make you one. Hell, I could make one right now in 10 minutes. A game where you have to generate your front cover with AI screams of laziness and questions the passion put into this game. I would have given it another try otherwise.

Early Access Review
Yes, but with HUGE caveats.

Pros:
- Lots and LOTS of depth
- Very challenging
- Easy MP setup to play with friends
- Nice lore that doesn't get force-fed to you
- Workshop support

Cons:
- Even after reading the forum post, I don't like how this game has been in early access for 11 years now (and a good few years since any new builds)
- Terrible UI, probably the worst I've seen in any game I've played
- Tedious levelling mechanics (and reading books/levelling skills like fitness etc is very annoying in MP)
- Reliant on modders to fix/optimise parts of the game that have been clunky for ages

Overall, it's a recommend because the game itself is fun once you get into it.
Not trying to "bash the devs", but as your game it is your responsibility for a lot of these things, not the modders or players.
