One of the most traumatizing things I have experienced. And I say that as a fan of horror who consumed a lot of extreme and messed up horror. This is even more traumatizing than mondo films like Faces of Death, Traces of Death, Death Scenes, Faces of Gore, or films like Melancholie der Engel, August Underground, Tumbling Doll of Flesh, and worse than extreme horror books like Baby in a Blender or Zola, atleast to me.

Is extreme horror good if you disliked it but it traumatized you? I guess in that regard, it is the best horror game ever created, as it def will leave you traumatized and disturbed, but it is not good horror imo, just disgusting and messed up

This game is gloriously strange, It feels like a psychedelic feverdream that is just pure fun to play. Dark, funny, absurd and intriguing
