1 crash from DX with updated everything. 4080S + 5700X 120fps maxed and very steady. Will drop to 90ish on load or in high pop towns. My actors setting is maxed. I should mention only 1080p right now.

This is working fine now. No updates or anything. Game is running everywhere at 60fps.
Haven't tried multiplayer yet as I suck. This is a great collection. Now that it's working I have no complaints.

There were issues with other controllers like DualShocks so if you have issues please look in the discussion.

Massive problems with my 8bitdo ultimate BT.
Will disconnect, if I can even get it connected.
Other people having issues too.
Tried Steam input and regular mode.
Will troubleshoot more later.
Wired and wireless.
Disabled the Steam enhanced xbox driver and rebooted
still the same thing.
Sometimes I can press A to skip the intro videos, but as soon as it says press A to start it quits responding.

The game works great on my steam deck.....
8bitdo Ultimate BT with 2.4ghz adapter (same as my pc) works with no issues on the steam deck.

this game is too good. went in blind came out addicted.

you shoot ♥♥♥♥, in the Halo universe. The shooting is good, but the looting costs money. So if you like to loot but not shoot you should give this game the boot, otherwise you may have a hoot.

Everyone's ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ there's no multiplayer and here I am having a great time.

I've followed this game since first seeing the E3 press conference with 65DaysOfStatic playing in the trailer. That was enough for me. I didn't need to know more and have followed development but tried to stay away from game play/spoilers so I could come in as blind as possible.

For reference I have spent more then a couple hundred hours over all GTA games driving in a car, listening to music and exploring the cities. In my mind this game was going to be that IN SPACE. That's the mindset I had going in and this game delivered. The thought that I may pick this up and play a few years down the line and could run into a system discovered by someone I know or even myself is a really intriguing concept.

The game does have it's flaws. The config file in the original release can use some editing to help reduce the frame drops, there's a small bit of chop when loading sometimes and yes holding down the mouse button instead of just clicking is weird. I am not someone who has had any crashes or anything game breaking happen. Maybe I'm lucky but I'm sure I'm not the only one.

Things I would like to see that to me would make the game complete:
- Build a settlement on planets and have workers collect resources while you are off planet.
- Have a Capital type ship that you can use as your main spaceship and be able to own multiple different ships for different configurations (fighting/mining)
- It would be cool if there was some sort of instanced MP based on server you're on. Lets say 32 people to an instance, and 2 of those 32 are in the same system. They could see each other but not interact. This would be cool.

To put it this easily I'm enjoying this game about 10 hours in and I know it will stay the same. That's fine with me, there's a ton to see and a lot to do. If NMS2 came out right now and just took everything and added a small MP component where you can explore with a friend I would have no trouble paying again for this game.

Best Bullet Hell SHMUP ever (IMHO and many others)!!!

This game is accessible to everyone by changing difficulty, lives and continues. If you think you're good just play it on normal and grab yourself some tissue.

Last but not least one of the most powerful game soundtracks produced.

Buy it right now @50% off (Black Friday Sale 2015) as the game does not go on sale often if ever.
