This game is probably one of the best tactical shooters currently on the market. Been playing this for 2 years now & love it. Ubi have managed to address many of the problems that existed during the first year. Sometime they fix something only to create 2 new problems, but at least they're trying. The constant addition of new operators is a double edged sword; it adds new life into the franchise but typically new additions are initially overpowered and mess with the balance of gameplay.

I think there are potential improvements that need to be made. But I'm going to give it a 10/10 anyways, because I believe in the game, and with time, the game would be improved drastically by the developers. I have played only about 18 hours, but I feel amazed and have a very good feeling about the game. The mods, DLCs that might come out. It is and will still be amazing.

But of course since it just got released and even with the patch. There is still a sufficient amount of bugs that need to be fixed, one of them is going up the stairs where you get stuck and have to try to jump in order to further go up, as well as going up ladders where I would get stuck as well and have to keep pressing "E" a lot of times. And for people who use a controller, lock picking seems to be impossible to do. Optimization can be improved as well. Ill give the game some time, and hope for the best!

I love the combat system in this game!!! I'm sick and tired of easy, hit and slash RPG games where they just die in a mere 5 seconds. Realism is to me, the most important aspect of the game, and I believe they achieved that. The Immersion of the game, is absolutely astounding. And I'm at loss of words and I'm very proud of the developers of the game.

Tl;dr ---

Realistic and Immersive RPG-game. The bugs need to be fixed. Further Optimizations to improve FPS and smooth out the game is a necessity. However, I highly recommend it.

To Warhorse Studios, Thank you for making an incredible game. Dont let the negative reviews discourage you!

In the first few minutes of gameplay you are already excited and even more with the beautiful protagonist, 2B.
NieR: Automata is a crazy game for crazy people. When you face your first boss, you think: What the **** is that? Ah yes . . . The wonderful world of Yoko Taro.
But let's put all jokes to another place.
This game brings some new innovations that I never saw, let me explane which one.
Platinum used a mixture of formulas with hack and slash, platform, Arcade, 2D, RPG and other elements; Let's consider which games of this type would be considered "Mediocre", where in this generation what matters is FPS and graphics of last generation - and it is worth nothing that it was a very risky recipe, but Platinum did its homework. Throughout the game, you feel that you are part of the game's plot. Congratulations to all Platinum staff who did a great job. I am grateful to have lived all these years to play this work of art. Master Yoko Taro, take good care of your health, because we need more games like this :)

PROS:
1 - Great gameplay.
2 - Great Story.
3 - Good design of main characters.
5 - Amazing Soundtrack

CONS:
1 - Boring Open World
2 - 2010 old Graphics
3 - A bit boring enemy Design

What more can I say. I'm glad PC can enjoy this masterpiece too.

PS: Still sucks to be a Xbox player though.

PPS: For real though, how do they feel that Scalebound (also a game by Platinum Games) got cancelled by Microsoft (Bastards) and Nier: Automata got released.

PPPS: Don't try to play this game with Keyboard and Mouse

To be honest, I ignored this game when it came out, but once I got it and played it, I realized that it is a true RNG strategy title. I was surprised that it was a Kickstarter game because of the sheer amount of time and effort spent designing the game that can be seen in the game itself. People who give the game a low score because they cant read the text need to have their eyes and in-game options checked. And to point fingers at a poor review directly, "Too much to do at the start. No real sense of direction." is not a downside to an adventure game. I'm sorry this game isn't linear for those who don't have the brain power to think about multiple decisions.

You can tell quite well that this game is based off of a version of football(soccer) playing using small cars to push a big ball around and into the goal. There are seasonal gamemodes that shake things up as well as a "Rocket Labs" gamemode that turns the game into something completely different. There is a competitive mode that is ranked and places you against players with similar skill levels, this works out pretty well due to the very high skill ceiling this game has in comparison to other sports games. Game can become repetitive if played repeatedly.

CS:GO Review
I love to hate this game. Its probably the best tactical shooter you can find. Its usually fun when it isn't horribly frustrating. Its the best CS game since the beginning of Counter Strike. I have over 880 hours on it. Why haven't I recommended this game? Because the community is awful, and the learning curve is incredibly steep. This game has kinda ruined my life....but I still play it because its good moments are great, even if its bad moments suck.

Mount & Blade: Warband, in my opinion, is the most innovative medieval fighting game released in this last 6 years. This game uses mouse movement to control your players' attacks and defenses (unless otherwise toggled), unlike any other game in this genre (with the exception of the War Of Roses). The singleplayer and the multiplayer are two different experiences using the same combat system. Singleplayer is the more complete RPG exerience, with customizable armies, companions, nations, entirely open map, and an unforgiving, uncaring world. (Quite realistic.) Multiplayer is mostly combat, with the exception of a customizable avatar and what you bring into combat (essentially your loadout). This game almost reaches it's full potential if you're willing to modify it (singleplayer, anyways).

PROS: Extensive RPG experience, Original combat system, Singleplayer/Multiplayer, Large & active playerbase, realistic, Globally played, Difficulty is easily adjusted, Entirely Open Word, Decent price, Almost 2 games in 1.

CONS: O.K. graphics (This isn't Skyrim, folks), Tendancy to house Bugs, Glitches, and other Parasites, , Difficult to learn, Addictive ; )

In CONCLUSION, this game is worth picking up if you're a true RPG/Fighting fan.
On Steam you can grab the entire series for $8-$15.

Pros: +
Excellent modding community which gives you anything from WWII to zombies.

As a simulator and unlike the typical CoD/Battlefield shooter you feel a lot more immersed as you really have to plan how you want to approach your mission in order to succeed.

The scale of the game - the original Altis island being over 270 square kilometers - provides further immersion and creativity in all aspects. It really brings the large landscapes of Flight Simulator X to the battlefield while there's another world to explore on foot.

etc.

Cons: -

Performance issues with larger numbers of AI and some servers. I can spawn 500 AI on the Altis map outside the viewdistance and it still hogs another 30-50 FPS or so while the game works fluently on highest settings with 60-100 FPS. I really hope Bohemia Interactive improves AI performance (perhaps by introducing simpler algorithms for AI in the distance) for future ArmA/expansion/patches.
