You can have one of the most unique action RPGs ever for currently less than the price of a McDonald's cheeseburger, and both will be comparably cheesy. I don't know what you're waiting for.

Lowest-effort asset flip, but we all know you're only here for the badge.

Great game. Now forces you to launch through Ubisoft Connect. Current version crashes for me on startup. So now I can no longer play a 10+ year old single player game because their crappy launcher that nobody ever wanted broke.

A fast-paced puzzle platformer that doesn't overstay its welcome, Impulsion has a bit of a steep learning curve, but flows effortlessly once you get a feel for its mechanics. Though the levels can often be finished in a more relaxed pace if you want, chasing high-scores and a better rank on the leaderboard is a lot of fun.
The voice acting is meh, but the story is paper-thin anyways. Performance is great, any mid-tier GPU should be able to push above 120 FPS. The only thing I'm really missing is a level editor, as the 25 levels can be completed in 2-4 hours and I feel like this game could have an active community otherwise.

Truly the Dark Souls of urine-related puzzle platformers.

Wolf Team is one of the games that desperately need a remaster, but this is not it. The original Wolf Team has always been a competent CS:S clone with a twist that made it interesting. I left the game sometime around 2011, when Aeria's monetization became increasingly aggressive. The unquestionably best weapons were gated behind a paywall, unless you wanted to go for expensive time-limited rentals, so you had to constantly keep farming currency to keep up, but at least it was possible.

So, did things change, after a lot of time and now under new management? As you probably guessed, they did not. In fact, they got a lot worse. You can now purchase straight up stat buffs for your character, and massive ones, too. I'm talking more health, more movement speed, higher damage, you name it. It is egregious pay-to-win in its most apparent and barebones form.

Meanwhile, improvements to the game are basically nil. Wolf Team was not a pretty game during the best of times, but they could have at least added proper anti-aliasing and slap a few shaders on top of it. Or have a launcher that doesn't lock you into 800x600 resolution.
Given all that, the reboot is basically dead on arrival anyways. Only two servers had active players on it, barely two months after launch.

Keep the original in fond memories, because this one will only leave you disappointed.

Early Access Review
Can't say much about the game yet, but the loading bar looks very impressive.

The overlooked middle-child of the series, Myst III: Exile never quite got the recognition it deserves, but Presto Studios did Cyan's legacy all honor.

Nominated for "Outstanding Visual Style".

A short and charming VN that apparently started as an April Fools, and then became a thing.
