Honestly Im really not into games like this but I had fun with the campaign on this one. Only gripe, I flew through a long unmarked car tunnel during a convoy escort mission just cause it looked fun and no secret achievement :c

Yes but only if you have friends your planning on playing with. The Campaign has moments that are very heavily geared towards co-op that make them a bit less than fun.

When I first got this game, I thought it was horrible. Now after a thousand hours, I think its horrible. Gunna try another thousand just to be sure.

Game was fun but having trouble recommending it due to the developers bad choices and stances on things.

Found out well after I bought it that SBI was involved. Helps explain why I couldn't get a quarter through the main story before getting bored.

Is it a bad game? No. Is it a good game? Also No. Feels to much like a clone of what came before to be worth is price tag. It could be great, but what I've seen so far isn't enough to make me wanna go past the 2 hour mark. Not for 75$ after tax.

So I got the game with my Gamepass subscription and put in about 200 Hours. Id say begrudgingly I got my moneys worth hour wise. Entertainment wise is a different story, game needs mods to flesh it out and fix some bizarre design choices from Bethesda. Would I recommend getting this game? Yes actually once Bethesda (Or more likely the glorious mod makers) add missing features and flesh it out more it will probably be fantastic. I would not however pay Bethesda's current asking price. Not for a half baked game. Below I've made a list of features/content I personally think would be required to make the game worthy of its price tag. (For any who care to know)

-Survival Mode (Even Very Hard is a cake walk and food is literally pointless besides filling up your berth with opened chunks cubes, fuel to jump should cost it should feel like their is a reason to earn and save money and do things)

-Who ever designed and signed off on the temples should be fired, remake them with puzzles fights some thing its the most boring mechanic Ive seen in a game in a long time and Id be embarrassed if I where Bethesda tbh. (Its literally a fetch quest that has you jumping through hoops) it has some kinda nice audio and visuals but once you realize they are all literally the same it gets so boring. Make the temples dungeons or something, like finding the dragon runes in skyrim.

-More skill points, half the game content is locked behind random skills and you'd have to be level 300+ to get them all so in reality you cant even play the full game.

-Some morally grey companions you can get story quests from and romance, every single real fully fleshed out companion has more or less the same moral compass. (You wanna pirate ♥♥♥♥, "Sarah Morgan Disliked That", Steal? "Sarah Morgan Disliked That", Choose a slightly less than Social Justice warrior dialogue option, "Sarah Morgan Disliked That". In fact I could rename this entire review to "Sarah Morgan Disliked That". Why even add Piracy in to the game if it basically means you have to be a loaner or run with the basic companions.

Honestly there are more (like female clothing options are abysmal I don't need skimpy ♥♥♥♥ but god forbid you see some skin, most dresses look like literal rain coats.)

I want to recommend it, a month ago when i first got it I would have recommended it. But the more I play it the less I recommend it. Feels bad man.
