Best card game.
I don't get the "pay2win" hate. Farm the daily rewards, stack your gold, buy boosters with it to farm gold and silver cards which you can exchange for cards of your choice.
If you have like 2-3 good decks you are good to go. It takes some time but you learn a lot about your cards, decks and starts.
There is a lot of free stuff as well. Search for Magic Arena keys in the interwebs.
