I have played this game since 2016 and must say the customer support for this game is terrible.
I have had the same username since purchasing and have only used Steam login, to login to my account.
My username is already taken on the forums by someone else and I have emailed and used the forums to try to get in contact with anyone who can help me get my username so I can use the trial system and properly appeal a ban. After many weeks I have given up and unfortunately won't be ever able to play again on this account since being banned unfairly.

If you aren't aware but the Mini Game Design Document and the T-Shirt Templates will be located in your game files.
So far love the very minimal items just to support the game and who else doesn't like pooping pineapples and M9 magazines to who knows what's next.

Game doesn't have any Milk Jugs.
When they started the development of the game after the Iniegogo campaign, they told me their would be options to be multiple food / drink models, such as a Milk Carton ( Added ), Milk Jugs, and Milk Bags...

I was a very talented young minded soul who was a dairy worker in GMTower which plugged 200 Fat cows with my gigantic industrial milking machine. But they don't have any Milk Jugs in Tower Unite.
I am very disappointed and would not recommend this game as it's not only against my religion but doesn't have ANY Milk Jugs.

How am I supposed to complete my refrigerator in my condo without my Milk Jugs?
The Milk Jugs are more than just a normal dairy product, they are family to me as I crafted so many milk jugs full of delicious milk from cows in GMTower.

Awesome game.
