Works willingly in a team and tolerant of others, no matter what their strengths and weaknesses. But does not always make a strong contribution. Does not shirk duties, and can share the workload with other people in the team to achieve maximum group output – but does not do so consistently. Not good at planning and monitoring the work of team-members. Physically fit, very rarely sick, and able to meet the demands of a physically demanding job. pzp willingly joins groups, but tends to remain anonymous.
