Early Access Review
My PC crashed several times while playing multiplayer and it was still harder to stop playing.
Incredibly addictive game, 10/10.

Rush mode really plays to the strengths of Gigantic's combat mechanics,. It's a fun time!

I was too harsh on this game the first time.
Despite its flaws it's still a really fun game and the most annoying parts about it could be bypassed with some crazy momentum tricks that felt great to pull off.

Easily one of the better Speedrun-Platformers on the market. It has a really good blend of complexity, consistency, and Mobility that makes it a joy to play both casually and competitively. Its on the easier side when compared to other games in it's niche, but it's mechanical uniqueness more than makes up for it.
Overall you can't go wrong with SEUM.

the base game's a hell of a lot easier than Lovely Planet 1 was, Mountains for example falls over without much effort even on hard mode.
Abyss more than makes up for this oversight by cranking the difficulty up to 11. Levels like 6-15, 6-21, 6-22, and all the Hidden levels will push you to your limit. Acing each level felt immensely satisfying, it was like finally breaking down a brick wall only to find another one ready to be broken. there's no better feeling than finally Acing the last level in Abyss and seeing that achievement pop up at long last.
If you liked Lovely Planet 1 for the gameplay and want more of it, Lovely Planet 2 will scratch that itch.
If you liked Lovely Planet 1 for the challenge, then you have to try the Abyss levels.

fun little game about parkour with a twist that makes it interesting.
its not that hard though so if you want a challenge you might be disappointed.
give it a go if you have a few hours to kill and want something interesting to try out.

improvement in this game is extremely tangible. You really feel it when you make a realization or get consistent with the game's many tricks.
The only thing I didnt like was the boss fights outside of the first one, Tom. The last 2 bosses had very little parkour in this game about parkour combat, the final level was a more fitting final boss than the actual final boss was.
