so many bugs , Error ,Force close , and many more

i run this game with 16GB ram and when i check it from Task Manager
my Ram Almost Full [This Game using 14GB Of Ram]
my Ram Run with 2400Mhz DDR4 ,
and my Laptop Using i7 7700HQ ,

the only way i can play this Game when i close every Application except game itself [Cities Skyline]
