I wanted to go back to Nether and saw they released this, a supposed dev bought the rights and released it again after some "updates" It's all a cash grab. The game has it's same issues as it did back then, it has a few hours of gameplay then stagnates horribly. I would not recommend you to buy this game, buy any other game with your $15 you were about to spend. They killed a game with potential it had.

Yesss!!! Gears 5!! I can't wait for the sixth game, it's not locust but the swarm will do. I'd love for a lot less DeeBees, but It's still a lot of fun!

Edit: February 18, 2020--
A few things I have found out while playing this game for a longer period of time, the game on PC does not support Co-op in Versus, Horde or Escape. It only allows up to 3 people but only on Story, and I think this is very unfortunate and a bad choice from the devs; removing this option for online I can understand, but why have it disabled for private matches?

The playerbase has diminised in a huge scale compared to it's release, I believe this game as of now only has the story going for it.

TLDR: Game is still worth if you want to play the story, or just play horde with friends (Not in a local match though :C).

Just play this game... The progression is extensive and in a sense endless, there isn't just 1 build to play as. The gameplay is amazing and the random generation of the terrain makes the game not feel old.
