Barribob has done it again. Nice quick game (demo took less than 1.5 hours) and the pace of upgrades was pretty nice. There is a bit of a lull towards the end (the last 15 minutes was a waiting simulator) but that can easily be tweaked for full release.

I really want to recommend this game but the fights just take waaaaaaaaaaaay too long. You need to get through seemingly dozens of fights in a run and the longest fights can take upwards of 15+ minutes.
