In 30 minutes of play, I can say: Atomfall looks promising.
The gameplay doesn't seem innovative at first glance, but it works fine for me. The heart rate insted of the stamina bar is interesting - I saw that in System Shock, but I don't yet know what it does in this game. Speaking of System Shock, I like the fact that Atomfall doesn't give you clear objectives or directly points you towards where you need to go, it makes exploring the world more entertaining. NPCs are good, and I like how the Bri'ish characters talk.
The overall graphics are beatiful, and I adore the British setting. However, you shouldn't expect anything outlandish from an AA game like it's Kingdome Come II. Although I think the game is well-optimized, but I honestly don't know how well it runs on low-end PCs.
In summary, I would recommend giving Atomfall a try if you're just interested or have played something similar before.

The work on the revamped campaign was done very well. And Xtrullor's newly composed soundtrack is an absolute masterpiece.

My favorite part of Intravenous II was when Steve and Sean said "IT'S INTRAVENOUS TIME!" and Intravenoused all over those goons.

Let's go and fill Moominvalley with crime!
