A beautifully realized digital storybook filled to the brim with Amanita's inimitable charm.

The different characters and their little story arcs could come straight out of an old folktale, and the soundtrack (once again by the phenomenal Floex) fits this atmosphere perfectly. The animation is another highlight. As often in Amanita Design's games, it's simple yet ridiculously charming. Representing both your characters and items as a set of playing cards is a clever spin on classic adventure game conventions, and it works very well.

Pilgrims is more of a digital toy than a massive, complex game, so don't go in with the wrong expectations. The fun here lies not in overcoming a difficult challenge or solving a mind bending puzzle, but in enjoying the art, the animation and the music, and poking around to find all the funny secrets and alternative solutions Amanita has hidden throughout the game.
A first playthrough will probably take about an hour, but it's well worth doing another run (or two) to find out the things you've missed.

For what it is, it is executed nearly perfectly. Whether you'll love it as much as I did will come down mostly to whether a short (but sweet) minimalist adventure game is something you can enjoy, and whether you like Amanita Design's unique style.

Accessibility note: because of its simple mechanics, leisurely pace and minimalist control scheme this game seems particularly accessible to people with little video game experience (younger and older family members etc.).

Back when the original Skyrim released, I was a console pleb, due to not having a good enough PC or money to afford parts or just a PC in general. I put probably 1000+ hours into it, even without all the DLC's. Many different characters, roles, etc. I loved everything this game offered. Fast foward to now, Great PC, so I bought this. Basically non-stop playing with a few breaks here and there, plus sleep. Still the best RPG I've played to this date.

Seriously, if you haven't played Skyrim at all, in all these years... do yourself a favor - play it.

You won't regret it.

I shall start by saying that if you are deciding to buy this game then don't let the negative reviews sway you. In general, Fallout 4 is an amazing game and can be incredibly fun.

Pros:
-Very immersive and will drain so many hours, days, weeks and months from your life.
-Far Harbour, Automotron and (first half of) NukaWorld DLC have really good stories, quests and environments.
-Mostly fluid combat system. Everything depends on how you want to play the game.

Cons:
-WIll drain so much of your life away (might've forgotten my gf's birthday ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ )
-Main story was incredibly lackluster compared to previous Fallout games
-Giving you the option to be literally any kind of character you want to be....except you're always tied to being a parent.
-a few repitive quests. (although gives you opportunities to approach these quests, areas and enemies differently

All in all, If you're a Fallout fan because of previous stories then you might not feel fulfilled playing this game, however if you love character creations, lore and immersive environments with untold stories then I completely recommend this game to you.

Up is down and down is up. Left and right thankfully remain the same, for most of the time... Also be careful, you might fall from the wall. Depth is an illusion, and since up is down, does that mean that effectively there is only one dimension left?

Confused? GOOD, you should be! Because this is what 'the bridge' is all about!

The Bridge is a puzzle platformer where you manipulate gravity to reach the exit on impossible terrains! This game will make you rethink how your visual comprehension works. The main mechanic of the game is that you can rotate the entire level clockwise or counterclockwise changing the gravity in the process. However that is not all, as the majority of the levels are heavily inspired by the works of M. C. Escher (seriously go google this guy) where walls turn into floors or you end up walking on a pylon that you passed by a few moments ago. This game will give you such a headache that you 'll feel your brain liquifying and then being reshaped as you finally figure out the solution as your brain has accepted the new impossible rules! However sometimes you may arrive at the solution accidentally having no clue of what you actually did! In the end you will begin to see each level differently as instead of walls or floors you will be seeing surfaces, each with its own connections towards other surfaces! And just when you get used to it and feel you are ready for whatever the next level or chapter might be, then it adds more stuff beginning the process anew! And even when you finally complete the main levels, then you 'll get access to their 'mirrored' harder versions!

The visuals are quite satisfying, fitting the impossible theme of the game almost making you feel that it could not have any other colors as from the tiny bits of each chapters story you will understand that it is about mathematics! Everything is hand-drawn and the animations are fluid and, for some, may feel a bit slow, however I personally liked the speed, as the levels impossible architecture gave me a feeling of eternity, as you are either stuck in time or that time doesn't matter! The music complements the game perfectly without overshadowing it even at the more intense puzzles.

As far as controls go, the game supports controller and either keyboard or controller schemes are easily grasped. Personally I favored keyboard because I could play with one hand only while I was holding my head with the other because of the headache I got!

Besides the obvious puzzle fans this game will attract I highly recommend it to anyone who loves to stare at optical illusions or impossible sketches as it can, essentially, give you a ride on them!
