It's a decent game, but EA are quite happy to take your money and run.
Purchased the subscription via steam, the game did not acknowledge this and I have been ignored by customer support for a few weeks now.
Despite laws in my country requiring that they give refunds, they have also refused any requests to do this.

Excellent story, although the gameplay and graphics can seem a little dated compared to more modern video games.

Whilst the single player story is good, the focus on GTA Online and it's over-monetization overshadows every bit of support this game gets. The promise of single player DLC has yet to be fulfilled 2 years after it's PC debut (and longer on console).

Meanwhile, GTA Online recieves constant 'free' content, whether it is free or not is open for debate as each new vehicle, weapon etc requires in-game cash at a price that increases with every update.

As the store page mentions, once or twice, this currency can be bought via in-app purchases, although this can also be gained by playing Online, the rate at which cash is gained in-game is dismal at best.
A YouTuber (Nerdcubed) worked out that at the rate it would take to earn cash in-game, it would take less hours to work a minimum wage job and pay for the currency via the in-app purchases. Frankly, I find it disgusting that anyone had the nerve and lack of morales to make monetization this blatantly anti-consumer.

If rumours are to be believed, it is Take-Two that has forced this monetization strategy. If that is indeed the case, Rockstar either need to stand up for the game they created and the fanbase surrounding it, or leave Take-Two.

Putting it simply, not worth the song and dance you have to do to get it working on windows 7/8. Steam should at least make sure it's games are compatible with the latest OS, or at the very least tell people before purchasing.
