Supersoldier generation rocks, even the mechanoid abilities enable your pacifist pawns to be great war machines. I use my brain damaged crafter so he is a value add to my base.

Engaging, intense RTS action based around a seemingly open world will entice you into its succulent jaws. Whether making your beaver-headed tavern of drunkards, or the Harpy heaven of cosmetic drugs and jerky, beware of Against the Storm. It will get you too!

At first glance, seemingly overwhelming, with tons of building and development, this game will not hold your hand should you strive to build your settlement on difficult modes, and I for one recommend building your rapport with the queen slowly, with easy settings on to avoid the harsh requirement of synergy that comes quickly.

I've thoroughly enjoyed my 38 hours so far, and have hit the mid game spice - and it is very spicy - to say this will scratch your RTS itch, and it will drive your RPG gears as you struggle among the rogue-like selection of what tech you advance through, all the while trying to keep your settlement alive through the storm. Pull back those choppers when the storm comes and you may have a chance, stock pile the goods you need to wait out the storm and you'll survive, but it is enough?

The trading mechanics alone make the entire experience worthwhile, encouraging a repeat of your successes to build a true powerhouse of reputation, and unlocking the latest tiers of tech. With its intuitive interface, you'll feel fine jumping straight into the action - and rewarded when you beat the storm.

A great game for a fun play-through, similar to other rpg games but very well designed. An entertaining story rich environment, although not translated perfectly still very funny content. I look forward to the content being opened up and possibly DLC content being released as well - this game is great!

Simple interface, good design, mysterious mechanics and dark atmosphere. This is a great game all in all 8/10

I still don't know what that witch does on my horse but the bear is very OP. Elk mount makes lovey-dovey and baits them into your archers, and you will need a LOT of archers. You can rush killing portals if you choose the bear since he kills bunnies/deer while roaming (much slower than others though, so recruiting speed is an issue)
Overall, rushing your base building so you can destroy the portals and farm safely while building the boat is very fun.

More open world than most open world, this game has it all.

A very atmospheric adventure, great use of storytelling and interaction. Low graphics though.

A bountiful environment with flexible pvp and pve play, good dungeons and mechanics, fast connections.
