The game has been great. There were some initial issues with crashes and freezes, but I believe those have all been resolved with the last few patches. Combat has been very satisfying and the best part of the game, where most of the storytelling and character development was pulled back and simplified.

This is a great game, but not a good Dragon Age game, almost the same way as Fallout 4 compared to the previous Fallout games. There are some similarities, but there have been major changes that sets it off in a different direction. On it's own, it is a great time, but compared to those before it, it falls short in some places and exceeds in others. I believe that like other Bioware games, people were far too critical of a new chapter in one of their IPs, just like Mass Effect Andromeda. It won't feel the same or look the same because there are different people at the helm. A good lot of the critical voices have not dived into the game and are just judging it off of face value.

There is a good amount of the story to go for my first playthrough so I may update the review later. For the time being, This has been a very good experience with fun and engaging combat, clever inventory management, and grid based leveling systems.

Finally been able to play it again after nearly 15 years. Just as fun as I remember and the performance has been great. Previously played the version on GOG, but I had constant crashes at start-up due to an issue with my CPU.

So far with the Steam version of it, it has been very stable with only 1 crash and the game play still feels fun and unique.

Gameplay is fun, and the ship building and customization is very good. Everything with the ships is a great time, but I still haven't done a lot of outposts, nor finished the main quest line. Skill trees are fairly straight forward and the character customization just makes the game seem like an old world game with RPG elements, but not a true RPG like previous Bethesda titles. Again, I haven't gotten super far it seems but been fantastic so far.

After a single play through and playing a decent amount of early access from years ago, I would say that this game is very special. Larian did the series justice and brought Faerun to life in a grand way. Gameplay was fantastic and the story is unforgettable.

Don't judge the game until you've walked 100 miles in Sam Bridge's shoes. Its good though.

Its so simple and keeps me coming back. Game is cheap and sound design is amazing.

Great world, story is good and the characters are decent, even if some of them are cliche. Overall, one of the better experiences with a single player title in the past few years. The hordes really stick with me and make me want to do it all over again on New Game plus.

Good solo, better with friends, and overall a great time. Can't wait for more updates.

So far, I've been loving the game. The game seems so much more stressful on the campaign map and I am all for it. Really needs more optimization, but that will come in time.

Instead of reading the lore of the world through the items that you find, you will instead find glowing messages in every room saying "Could this be an item?"
