Loading screen simulator 2015. The servers seem to disconnect right in the middle of a heist, then the game will either have another loading screen for 1-2 minutes, or send you back to your singleplayer game and force you to go through another 2-3 minute loading screen to rejoin the online game. After you've rejoined, you need to load again to join a heist or mission, which will undoubtedly disconnect you again and repeat the process.
