I was very pleasantly surprised with this game.
Sunset Overdrive is a bit like what Brutal Legend is to metal, but to punk instead.
You've got a silly story, Jet Set Radio-like rail-grinding movement, and crazy zombie blasting action. It might be dumb, but it's fun.

If you've enjoyed Jet Set Radio, playing Bomb Rush Cyberfunk is a no-brainer.
The gameplay is very satisfying and I'm very excited to see the modding scene of this game grow so I could play around with it even more.

A very short, but impactful game with some fish food for thought.

Dread Delusiun takes inspiration from many classic RPGs, but manages to create something new and fresh. It might not be the most machanically deep game, but it has a great story, decent replayability value, and an unmatched atmosphere.

Conscript portrays the horrors of war perfectly while paying homage to classic survival horror games mechanically.

Lately I've been getting a little tired of mainstream games' fixation on violence as the main mechanic and been looking for more chill/fun games. While Death Stranding isn't exactly chill, it's a very refreshing game in an industry that has been getting pretty stale. It's a slow, almost meditative game, but it's incredibly captivating. It's a staple of game design excellence - every element of the game, the writing, the presentation, the mechanics, etc., are all interconnected and make for a very cohesive and immersive experience.
I didn't have big expectations going into the game, but was absolutely in love with it by the end. After years of thickening cynicism considering the gaming industry, especially AAA games, Death Stranding turned out to be like a beacon of hope, showing that beauty and sensitivity is not only still possible, but viable for a successful product too.

Expected gay memefest, got a great fast paced tactical RPG that's surprisingly wholesome.

The sequel to the oddly atmospheric vegetable-based shooter Tomato Way is a bit clunkier to play, but it expands upon the crazy lore in an interesting and fairly unsettling fashion.
