The Ninja Theory team did an incredible job with this. Opening it for the first time, some of the first things I noticed were the great graphics, immersive environments, and satisfying combat. As the game continued, and the mysteries of Senua's journey and condition were unlocked, the story became incredibly immersive and gripping. I don't know at all how much time could have gone into the voices that are constantly speaking to you, but it truly elevated this game to the next level, especially considering the mental illness / psychosis theme of this game. There was a constant battle where the voices would tell you that you could do it, and then tell you the next second that you cannot. Sometimes they helped you, sometimes they laughed at you. In the last hour of the game, it was impossible for me to put it down. The ending will have you on the edge of your seat without a doubt. Senua's journey of sorrow, insanity, and eventually acceptance is most definitely worth playing.

The best puzzle game I've played. It's beautiful, challenging, and fun.

This is an absolute masterpiece of a game, with spectacular visuals, fun gameplay, and an immersive world.

This game goes on sale for under a dollar lots, and it's really worth picking up especially at that price. It's a short game, but it was very enjoyable and made me laugh.

This is one of the best RPGs I've played this year. The music was very enjoyable and relaxing, the world it depicted was quite beautiful, and the story was very interesting and had quite a few twists, especially near the end. I feel like the poetic style of dialogue in this game really sets it apart from other games. I found it made the characters more likeable, and it really fit well with the story. This is a game I definitely recommend you pick up and play at some point.
