Small update.

I ended up suing them which resulted in a full refund of 400 euro's i spended on it.

The company is basically stuck between EU rules if you are in the EU its easy to get your money back this way.

They can't transfer over the data because its against EU law without my explicit say so. As it contains private information, they also are not allowed to not move my data over without me accepting this. As they bought the company over they legally took over all the consumer rights over every account which they have to apply towards which means if you spended one time money on anything they will have to stand for it.

Either way if you are in the EU and u have not reacted on any of there e-mails or confirmation e-mails u can straight up sue them and get your money back as far as u created there account because they will have to apply towards laws.

I sended my lawsuit and win in it towards IGN ( they already got back towards me ) and they are reviewing it atm to post a article about it soon on how everybody in the EU can basically just ask there money back that are in the same issue as me.

I also currently am taking it towards EU courts in order to push it even further. I got money enough to waste and have time enough. Sadly for them they will probably middle of next year get hammered by them in a grander way or not, yet has to be seen. but it looks like they will.

Steam is also next on the list, as they clearly are selling software that hey suddently remove from your game list which is also illigal in the EU as transactions went through the company they also have to stand for it. But that lawsuit will take another 5 months probably to get going to anywhere conclusive.

Anyway for anybody wondering, just sue them from breaking consumer rights if you are in the EU and u are good to go.

One of the first games i ever played and one of my most played even tho i havent played in awhile, if i kept playing would have 1000s of hours but anyways an amazing game alot of fun with friends just gotta find the right server or host your own, still one of my favourite games would 10/10 buy again!
