Congratulations Rockstar, you went from doing nothing about cheating to pulling the nuclear option on any and all mods including single player only and accessibility mods. That's like catching someone shoplifting, and sending in a SWAT team to kill anyone who was in the store at the time.

It's incredible that despite being an amazing port itself, Rockstar still manage to ♥♥♥♥ up the PC release of a GTA game.
