Everyone complaining about micro-transactions are just dumb af, yes the game has a few early resource boosts available to purchase. But most if not all of those are included in the deluxe edition. Capcom did a 10000 IQ play and made them available to purchase individually so players who didn't get DE can pick and choose for a fraction of the upgrade price. ALL of the items like the harpy lures, gaol key, camping supplies and even the character re-customize you can find later in game. The other stuff like the different music and rift crystals are completely unimportant to the game, and of no value as playing just one hour will probably net you close to 1k RC.

As for the performance issues, i run this game on a laptop with a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ CPU and a laptop 2080, on high, with no issue, I had to mess around with the settings a small bit but all of those changes made no immediate visual difference and hella improved performance. IF you are having trouble with it, just mess with settings a bit and stop being to stubborn and prideful to play the game on the lower end of high or higher end of medium, you massive babies.

First game was modded, landed on first planet with 15 friends, 10 of us went inside at the same time, landmine right at the door, 5 others left without getting any scrap, was great, 10 out of 10

This game is the reason I never preorder, my friends talked me into doing it, and now I am $109 in the hole on a game i will never play within the next few years until it's "fixed" but if StarWars Battlefront 2 is anything to go off, Dice and EA are not going to fix this and instead just make a new game.

This is probably my single most favorite game in my library. Consistent, and worthwhile updates, simple, easy, geometry based game with zero learning curve (Unless you add wind, but basically 5 wind is 1 angle so, it's easy to calculate.) A friend gifted this to me because he wanted to play with me, and it has been a decision that neither of us regret. Well worth it's reasonably cheap price, and best of all.... NO MICROTRANSACTIONS!!! WHO WOULD'VE THOUGHT A GAME COULD DO SO WELL WITHOUT MICROTRANSACTIONS!!!

I understand i have only an hour in this game (HERE ON STEAM) I used to own it on Disc when that was a still thing and played it for a total of almost 2 years. I decided i wanted to revisit it on steam after hearing it was here from a friend. However, after years of playing it every way possible a long time ago, coming to it here, I was hoping the cheat system was the same, or in this case, actually available. But sadly even after so long it still isn't, and the only real excuse is "So that the achievements aren't so easily obtained" For a game so old, anyone who buys it, has little care for the achievements if they knew the cheats existed in it in the first place. It is a great game and series, don't get me wrong, but I'd say you might as well buy it off the Wildtangent launcher or find the Disc version if the cheats are top of your list. The only reason I am not recommending it is because of this small factor. I do actually highly recommend this game and it's series, but not here on steam, because after a while of playing, and learning the ins and outs, and seeing it all, you're going to want to mess around anyway you can, and the steam version prevents this.

All "Chinese Regime" memes aside, the game is great and worth getting and putting a few hours in. The idiots ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ about the slight visual changes just need to get laid.
