The gameplay of Katana ZERO is often compared to Hotline Miami, but I think there's a key difference. Where Hotline Miami focuses on in the moment chaos to get through a level, Katana ZERO allows for a lot more time to think. The ability to slow down time turns those moments of chaos into a manageable challenge. If you die, you know it's your fault. That's why finally overcoming a level or boss is so satisfying.

I was hesitant of the price at first based on how short the game apparently was, but after playing through Katana ZERO twice I have to say it's more than worth it. On top of that, I'm fairly certain that the devs plan on adding tons of free DLC in the coming future. This game is a must have.

The game has greatly improved since launch. Very clear they care about this, especially with the Beyond update coming out soon that offers multiplayer for all players in a single universe.

Some background: I've owned the game for around 6 years previous to its release on Steam, and I can't recommend it enough.
Intruder always offers an experience that I haven't found in any other game. The amount of player interaction is incredible and differs for every person you talk to. The amount of unique and memorable moments that this game naturally creates are such a cool feature that that alone makes it worth the purchase. Never before have I played a game that can have both the silliest and tensest moments in it. One round you're watching someone get blown off the side of a railing, the next you're constantly looking behind you in a 1v1 not knowing if you're about to get shot in the back of the head. The small dev team isn't afraid to add game changing items and levels that offer new ways to play. Each of the official maps vary in scale and design and their environments are both believable and practical for gameplay. The mapping community is constantly adding and updating their own maps which always add their own fresh ideas using the already solid gameplay. 10/10, Intruder is by far my favorite multiplayer game, hands down.

Currently as of writings this 9/20/'17 The game has a lot of bad reviews due to the streamers who play it. The game itself is wonderful and worth the money, the problem people are having is with how easy it is to get banned because of a streamer who gets angry that you killed them.

The ban on mods was very short and OpenIV is allowed for singleplayer use again. The Online community is for the most part awful and the singleplayer is well done. I highly enjoy the game including Online but sometimes its just insanely frustrating how awful people can be.

This game is so damn good it's hard to not recommend it. Bullet Hell doesn't describe this game well enough. Imagine if the bullets were hordes of flying skulls, massive centipedes, skull spiders, and squids that shoot out even more endless hordes of flying skulls on top of the ones already trying to kill you. Experienced players manage to survive for around 4-5 minutes, and yet the game is so addicting that once you die you jump back in. I recommend you listen to some nice music too. Highly recommend, buy it now.

CS:GO Review
I started playing this game casually for a week after a friend wanted to teach it to me, a few days later And My first rank is GN2 and I'm like "OK! 10 wins! Lets play some more!"

My grades went from A's to B's and C's faster than you can say "♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ HE HAS AN AWP." I literally am stuck inside my house now.

10/10

GAME RATING
§1.) Must have!
2.)Highly Recommended
3.)Only buy when there's a sale.
4.)Don't bother, this isn't worth your money.

Paint the Town Red, although still in early Access in the time of this review, is already an amazing game.
It's so easy to pick up and hard to put down, though there are only four levels including the sandbox, it is clear that the dev's are working hard to produce more content, with a new level that is coming out sometime this month (Feb)
The way the game works is very clever, here's how: Imagine how in a game like minecraft, you can break separate blocks in the side of a large block to make indents. Now (this may seem a bit extreme) imagine that large block is some poor guys face, and you have Paint the Town Red, except in this you can break multiple blocks at a time with different weapons. What are they, you may be asking? Well, I'll list all the ones I remember for each level, and how rare they are + how many there are.
THE BAR:
•Mugs;Everywhere
•Chairs;Everywhere
•Stools;Everywhere
•Plates;Everywhere
•Empty Bottle;Everywhere
•Baseball Bats;Common, in the bathroom, and behind the bar.
•Pool Cues;Everywhere
•Pool ball;Plenty on the tables.
•Cleavers;Easy to find, in the wall, in the kitchen.
•Large knives (x3) ;Rare, under a pillow, on top of the bar, in the kitchen.
•Tire Iron; Like bed bugs, these are in every nook and cranny you can find, jump on top of/look under things and you'll probably find one
•Machete (x2) One is on top of the moose head, which you can access by only jumpin g, no need to make stairs out of chairs. (Hey that rymes) The other is in the Machete Bosses room (Who'da thought?!) and you can grab it before he can.
•Ash Tray; As common as the table they sit on, these are all over the place.
• Guitar/Bass;In the guys' hands, in the back room.
• Mic;In the back room, in front of the stage.
•Shuriken;Only one in the whole level, I think it's in the bathroom.(?)
•Your fists; these can be found at the ends of your arms.
•Your right leg;Found on the right side of your torso.

That's all I can recall off the top of my head for this level.

On to the Disc-WAIT

I'm a tl;dr Kinda guy. (Too long;Didn't read for those who do not know)
So I will spare you of the pain of reading the other levels. And spare my hands (located at the end of my arms) the pain of typing it all because I'm lazy. This game is worth every cent you have so just buy it now and see for yourself all the hidden little things this game has to offer, with a much bigger future. Have a good day. Adios

Let me start by saying that I absolutely loved Nitronic Rush, a college project made by Refract before they were, uh, Refract. Nitronic Rush was basically Distance except with a different story, car, graphics, and music. Now the car mechanincs were exactly the same, this is obviously a good idea for Refract to do. I really liked the way Music played a big role in Nitronic Rush and it sorta does in Distance, though not as much. I can't tell if I miss the narrator from Nitronic Rush or not, it was pretty funny to hear him narrate all the tricks you did. ("Holy Teledo!" "Sad Day!") Moving on, Distance is truly a unique and wonderful game, posing a challenge and new gameplay style. I haven't seen many "Survival Racing Games" Before, and Distance is a good one. Everything Feels really smooth and the levels are satisfying and Challenging at the same time, not to mention that multiplayer is a lot of fun. Even though the Adventure mode is really short, I can guarantee that you will have endless play time. This is because the game has a level editor, and "Trackmogrify", which is an element where you enter a word or phrase, and it generates a track for you to play. The VR support looks nice and any new updates I can expect to be just as good. But this game, it is worth it, but do give Nitronic Rush a go, it's free! http://nitronic-rush.com/

P.S: Nitronic Rush Gives more of an Arcade Racer, while Distance is more Serious, but both retain a huge amount of fun!

This game is the most wonderful thing I've bought on steam.
Easy to pick up and hard to put down! I've spent so much time huddled up hoping not to die while balancing unger over cold and UHG, damn wolves...the game willl force you to make decisions before you die, with only you and your supplies against the elements, i can't recommend this game enough!
