In my humble opinion, there really isnt a lot to this game. one of the achievements itself even is "beat the game in under 30 minutes" which isnt that hard to do.
im sorry to say this, but flash games had more DEPTH (literally) to them than this game.

thats sadly all i can say. its just not very interesting.

the one thing i am curious about is the out of bounds stuff. as you can dig outside your own house (seen by throwing tnt over your fence) but getting across the invis wall will take people some time. still im curious

when markiplier brings you to a horror game, you know its good.

this game takes the first one, makes the world not several seperate loading zones, makes it way bigger and also adds silly missions.
several equipment with abilities.

its hilarious and if you want a goofy silly experience i can only recommend it, solo or with friends.

the only negative thing i have to say is: every special ability is still bound to the F key. that was a problem in the first game aswell. you wanna have certain abilities equipped, but not use ALL of them at once.

its not a game. if you click the banana or not, it doesnt change anything. people have this open in the background to win inventory items which they can sell.
95 hours and i only got 1 cent items.
so make of that what you will, but honestly this game is prob an attempt at scamming or something. the devs sell the rare banana items themselves to make cash.

still a scam btw.

i cant even put my finger on it but this game just has a certain charge. maybe its the ability to mix and combine spells and powerups and wands as you like.
maybe its the upgrades that stay across your runs. the rng thats fine.
whatever it might be, i really enjoy this game and i do recommend it.

HOWEVER i still want to mention the bad stuff.

the story: it might not even exist. youre a nerdy guy sitting at your pc, getting sucked into this magical world and now youre the chosen one. it might be considered funny to go with the most cliche story ever, but in my opinion, just dont do a story at all

the character: a total idiot. he looks dumb, the few sentences he has are dumb. idk its just such a forgetable everyday face.

the language barrier: with the developers being chinese, giving feedback is hard. the game is translated into fine english, but giving feedback might be harder.

the amount of enemies at first: when i was new to this game, i felt like every room (especially in chapter 3) throws a billion enemies at you. i dont think its that bad anymore, but at first i really thought they are overdoing it

other than that i dont have a lot to say, its currently a fun game, i like it and im looking forward to more. potencial

you know how many games say "our game is XX hours long and thats only the main story" and then you finish the main story and a fair part of subquests WAY below that hour count?

yeah elden ring is the opposite. the devs gave their game way too less hour time.

this game is massive, the world is beautiful, this game is everything the world of breath of the wild wants to be.
its been over 10 years since i had a game that makes me want to skip work and not sleep or eat so i can just play more.
dark souls 1-3 will forever be ruined for me, their tiny boring worlds combined cant even scratch this games world.
i was wondering why they didnt call it dark souls 4, but that title would be an insult to this game.

seriously im absolutely in love with this game.
i have ~45h playtime and i finished the 3rd of the 5 main bosses but i still got so much of the world to explore.

i just wanna ride my horse and explore the world, but even the combat is just so much fun.
i have no idea what from software will produce next, but i doubt we see anything that can content elden ring before 2030.
THIS GAME IS MASSIVE AND I LOVE THE WORLD!!!

i also love how they fixed so many annoying things from previous souls games.
you can now level up at every "bonfire" you dont have to go "home" to do it.
you can activate a statue and send your coop summon sign to it from ANYWHERE in the world.
hitboxes of walls are so perfect, not once did a wall push me away and i was like "cool invisible forcefield that pushed me into my death"
they removed automatically rolling after a jump.
as you most likely already know, fall damage is now greatly reduced and the distance you can fall is increased!

i've always liked dark souls. but thats about it. i liked it. but elden ring, this game im in love with. its so great!


btw: idk if there have been any "performance patches" yet, my mid game pc and my radeon 570rx worked fine after i updated the drivers. framedrops happen but its so rarely that i dont mind at all and only for a second or two.
ps4 controller, plugged in, didnt even need DS4. no problem.

still waiting for dlc!

considering this is a mobile game, its really awesome.

good we are done with the positive things.


the game lures you in with being somewhat decent at first...
but soon you'll learn its awful flaws.


1. you have NO FREEDOM at all. for example the game is like "go to the blue house" and it gives you checkmarks on the ground. you MUST walk along those checkmarks or the story doesnt continue.
or the game goes "oh hey 12 zombies spawned. kill them" you MUST kill all 12 zombies or the game wont progress. you are basically like a rat in a maze, but the maze has only 1 path that you must follow.

1.2 ammo. thanks to "kill XY zombies" you will soon run out of ammo. now its time to pay real money or spent literally hours waiting.

2. progress is god awful slow. whenever you level up you get skill points. 3 at the start. you can put them into many option.
for example firearm.
know what that does? you get +1% damage. yes ONE PERCENT!. and its the same with other skills. 1% more defence, 1% more running speed, 0.2% more critical hit chance.
it is horrible.

3. missions repeat. every mission is the same. go to a place, follow the checkmarks, kill zombies, follow checkmarks, kill zombies, mission complete. DRIVE back.

4. DRIVING. this is the stamina system that every garbage mobile game has. going anywhere takes up your vehicles GAS! pay up or wait hours.

5. WAITING!!! this is not like "okay i close the game and come back 4 hours later" no IF THE GAME ISNT RUNNING THE GAS DOESNT REFILL ITSELF!!! IF THE GAME IS CLOSED THE TIME STOPS COMPLETELY!!!



i've started using cheat engine to give myself infinite silver coins (normal money) and gold coins (real life money which you very rarely get like 1-2 coins ingame. you need about 100 for anything) to give myself a ton of stuff.
and even then the game is super boring. you basically run in guns blazing and kill the unfairly designed zombies.


this review could go on and on forever but its not worth it.

this game lures you in with its charm of looking like a decent game and being free. and it is decent at first as i said. after 1 hour tho you are bored of it. but then you alrdy played. maybe it gets better? soon you can move to the city. but no it doesnt get better.

if you read this and still wanna play this game, you have been warned.
honestly go to your neighbours, ask them if you can get 5$ for mowing their lawn or taking out their trash and then buy left 4 dead 2.
thats a game you will enjoy for 100's of hours.

banjo kazooie feeling... love it.

its a bit short but a great game and it delivered!

you can ignore 90% of the negative reviews they all say basically "me stupid me not know that 3d adventure jump n run is bad with keyboard"
ppl saying the voices are annoying could mute them (silly voices is just important if its the old rare team) and not being able to skip AGAIN keyboard only issue

like every game it has issues but man its an awesome game and its the first game ever i preordered without any regrets.
