Even though I'll start by stating that this game won't be to everyone's liking, I'd be hardpressed not to recommend it, especially given the amount of enjoyment I've gotten out of Kenshi so far, before and after early access.

This game will NOT be for you if:
- you need the game to hold your hands, tutorials will only explain certain game mechanics
- you expect the highest graphics fidelity, the graphics in this game are in no meaningful way bad to my tastes, but I realise they won't be to everyone's liking
- you can't stand a challenge ...

Cause what this game WILL offer you is in fact a challenging world in which it is up to you to survive & thrive. Starting out your first few runs, expect things not to go your way, cause there's plenty of 'things' out there, looking to beat your characters to a pulp, after which, they can be left to die, eaten alive, enslaved, ... However, as you're coming to grips with how it all works, you'll get a character/squad going, after which the surviving part'll be easier and you get the real freedom to go and explore this world on offer.

A lot of bugs have been ironed out, not saying it's running perfectly smooth for everyone, but I do feel from my personal experience the game has matured a lot , seeing only the occasional crash in beta, and seeing the crash fix quite soon in changelog.
