best social experiment and a test of my patience ive ever witnessed

i used to not like this game as much when i first started playing, it seemed grindy and just sort of BS, but once i started trying out other things i figured out just HOW great this game can truly be,
it needs a lot of work still and god knows if it will be finished within the next few years even but its really close to something special

people with too many hours in this game need to be investigated cuz half of them have CP, guaranteed

arkane's magnum opus, honestly

the world, atmosphere, the gameplay, story and music just clear this ♥♥♥♥ out of the park in the genre

topples system shock as the best immersive sim, at least for me

i respect the F out of the devs for what theyre going for but this still needs some time in the oven, both content wise and also adjustments to mechanics/areas, (note i said adjustments, i believe most of the mechanics are good just need small tweaks)

cant wait to see what they have in store next, probably the most intriguing indie project ive seen in a decade

if i wanted a story about nihilism or whatever ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ philosophical movement this game is trying to riff off of id probably just read a book, really poor writing and gameplay that just isnt for me

the gameplay isnt bad but dude i really dont like these types of games at all i just dont give a ♥♥♥♥ about them
so the only saving grace is the story which was ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ham fisted in by a philosophy major that didnt aaactually read any of the works he was supposed to read during his years of studying

idfk how to even feel im just upset how little i care about any of it cuz there is quality its just so poorly executed
