I never expected, to find anything, of what I have found in VRChat throughout the years.

Hit 2000 hr now: Best Game I've ever played, period, it´s literal fun every day. Sometimes drama, yes, but most of the time fun with new found friends on a social platform with all kinds of facets.

Edit (27. Nov, 2019 / 5:43am) About 4000 hr now, still best game I've ever played. Wish I would have started playing it earlier than at the end of 2017. The exploration and adventures continue almost everyday. I cherish the connections to people I am able to make here and some of them I even met IRL by now, AX 2019 in LA was just awesome!

Edit (26. Nov, 2020 / 3:07am): Around 6350h in total now. Love the platform as much as I did when I started playing, nothing has changed on this behalf. Made many new friends and met amazing people, lost some of the old friends but that is how life goes sometimes. Overall very precious memories were made and I hope VRC is gonna stay around for a long time. Trying to enjoy every moment I can with the people in here I had the pleasure of meeting with.

Edit (25. Nov, 2021 / 3:22am) I am at 7538 hr now, gained not as many hours as usual throughout this year. Recently only been on, when I knew something is going on, or specififally on weekends, where the most events happen. Other than that, many new features released and even more are in the works, VRC is growing as steadily as ever. I am looking forward for the next year and what awaits us there.

Edit (25. Nov, 2022 / 10:37pm) Now at 8234 hr, again not as many hours were gained cause reallife happens and needs to be taken care of. So much in VRC has changed, so many new features were added that people were asking for for many years prior. The community grows just as steadily as ever and close to nothing has changed when you go on adventures and explore new worlds in publics. Personally I love the randomness and finding new people to hang out with that way.

Edit (29. Nov, 2023 / 8:52pm) Recently hit 10064hr, the year was more or less a blast so far. It's quite impressive how after all these years one can still make mindblowing new connections with people and communities that have been around for long but you are just unaware of them cause of the sheer number of people on the platform that roam around. I am having fun, lots of it, and it puts a smile on my face to see and hear about the adventures new players have while they explore worlds and make these same connections over time.

The comfort, relaxation, debattes, friendship, drama, jokes, memes, atmosphere, conversations and overall stories of different people around the world, you can find in/on this platform, is not comparable to something you could possibly buy with money, neither comparable to another game/platform so far.
It's so much more and it will change your view on so many topics in life, besides giving you this precious nostalgic feeling, every once in a while, when you relax, look back and start to remember: Who you met, what you did together and what all happened throughout your playtime in VRC.

Besides short breaks or set backs here and there, I enjoy every minute of it, will continue to do so and can wholeheartedly recommend VRC. Maybe we met one day out there, until then take care and continue exploring.
