It COULD be a nice game to chill in but…

- It’s pay-to-win. The devs promised us everything would be cosmetic only? LOL --> Gacha pact pets and even new characters are paywalled by a premium battle pass

- Broken UI, buttons and tutorials

- And the sweetest part is that they can ban you for literally every program running in the background of your PC (or just for having it installed) even if it doesn’t interact with Torchlight in any way:
You have Razer or Logitech software? -> BANNED <-
You play Path of Exile and always have Trades Companion on? It’s AHK so -> BANNED <-.
You press buttons too fast? -> BANNED <- cause you’re a walking macro.
You have latency? -> BANNED <- cause their system thinks you’re speedhacking.

- You got banned? The CS is [poop] and they won’t answer you for 2-3 days. Then their bot will ask you to send your ID though you did so in the very first message. Then again ignore you for another couple of days. Finally, they’ll tell you the ban is temporary “so chill out and just wait”. Bruh...
