The movement can feel a bit clunky at times, and the enemy AI often seems oblivious, struggling to navigate their surroundings. Some animations come off as a bit goofy (looking at you, helicopter), and enemy spawns can feel unpredictable and unfair. Additionally, the content available is still somewhat limited, and there’s a somewhat unnecessary water/timer system in the game. The difficulty may also feel a bit too easy once you acquire a few decent weapons and get the hang of things.

That said, the art style and lore (from what we’ve seen) are a solid 10/10. The gameplay feels robust and has plenty of room for expansion. The developers are also very responsive to feedback, frequently rolling out patches.

If you’re wary of Early Access bugs and issues, it might be best to hold off on purchasing for now. However, if you're willing to look past all the issues that the game has, you will have a great time with it.

Another victory for managed democracy

Not too impressive just yet. Some minor bugs with units, the dynamic campaign feels difficult to get into due to the many tutorial moments and heavy (for CoH) dialogue. Speaking of dialogue, the unit voice lines I have heard so far don't hit like they did in the previous games. Core gameplay is fun but it needs a bit more polish and hopefully some extra content as well before I can fully recommend it.

It should be plenty of fun whenever the workshop starts getting filled up though. But if you're expecting coh2 but better in literally every way, this isn't it yet.
