The most fun you can have without any materia on.

Easy to setup for a nice, beautiful, thematic way for someone like me with ADHD to focus.

I try to avoid making reviews for games, as I generally consider it a waste of time when my opoinions match up with the opinions of others. I feel strongly enough about this to break my tradition and add my voice to the selection of players that agree with what I'm about to say:

There is a genuinely fun game in here, with interesting mechanics and an enjoyable gameplay loop. Unfortunately, it's marred by a rather distressing array of other problems, all of which have been discussed in reviews elsewhere, but for the sake of my own review I'll point out the particularly frustrating ones:

The ability to pretty much instantly kill any of the coulselors once grabbed. While this isn't, by itself, all that much of a negative (he is supposed to be overpowered, after all), the animation cannot be canceled by anyone - once it's started, no friends are going to be able to help you.

The ability to teleport instantly on top of people, grabbing them before they can react while their screen is still in static.

While you have weapons in this game, they feel loose and occasionally even if you can see the weapon clip through Jason it still won't register as a hit.

DbD, for all its faults, is a suspenseful game that gives me rushes of adrenaline as I try to stay alive. All this game has done over the last handful of hours is annoy me as the glaring issues are made consistently obvious.

In short, give this game 3-4 months and then try again.
