An old but good game with expansive content via the steam workshop. Always, ALWAYS give it a try.

This is even more like sonic boom compared to MWII. No one who matters really, seriously cares if this "Game" is ""Woke"" anymore (augh to that word, abandon it, internet, same with snowflake, I'm tired of them both). Forget the monetization, as much as that's an issue, forget the fact they promised a second year of the last Experience. What matters now is the fact that this DLC was rushed, and is very buggy.
This franchise tried to shake off it's bad reputation before, and then gave up after BO:CW went full Warzone syndrome, and Vanguard. No one wants to play this game. No reactionaries, especially anti-trans ones, want to play thanks to Faze "Making people aware of how other people are different should be banned because Ron Desantis told me what I already believed" NickMERCS, and the AI mess. No left-wingers, except for Hasan Piker and I (Even tho Hasan is a blind Russia apologist), want to play this since CoD was build by Capitalists, for capitalists. No Veterans want to play this, either because they're reactionaries, or this game did not meet their quality standards.

Left and right can agree on one thing:
Spare yourself from this buggy game

This is officially the Sonic boom of the CoD Franchise.
Broken, lacking substance, rushed, and all of that unsavory jazz.
Unlike Sonic Boom, however, this proves CoD is a dying formula. MW3 must correct this, It doesn't even matter if it's just a DLC/Expansion pack anymore, I just want this game, or any other, to be good to play.
As much as I'd be fine with them trying to crack down on toxic behavior, they need to do it with humans, not cheap AI, especially the more unstable "advanced" ones.
The Nickmercs thing would have never happened if the monetization and celebrity overload wasn't a thing, so shut the hell up about wokeness, chuds.
This game is a mess, I do not like the state it's in, and if you wanna get in on it, do so at your own risk and waste of money.
That ends my ranty review.

This is a buggy mess with a future in bloated filesizes, DLC and rereleased cut content, and either people leaving (Don't talk about wokeness, commenters, The game has a chance of dying for other reasons), or Activision rolling back this experiment in favor of releasing the games separately.
Note: MWIII, if it redeems this platform, won't fix the fact that it's bloated.

That's actually all I can say, It took me less than half an hour to beat, I was expecting a damn challenge and all I got was less, period.

At least its half life and better than the (original) main man behind this game.

Fantastic Remake of a very loved game of mine, can't wait for Xen to be in the real game, not just beta!
Edit: now we wait for the definitive edition.
Edit 2: I think both versions of this review are outdated by now lol
