Somewhat helpful, though it isn't the same as practicing in game, it's just general aim prac. If you wanna get better at a specific game, especially CS, practice in CS, believe me.

Home of the friendlies of players, it's quite an easy game to be honest, if you're not running from a kitted out clan of actual nazis, there's always a helicopter that'll attack you for wearing burlap socks.
