Such a beautiful game, it's really satisfying to have to actually hunt and collect the materials needed to run your restaurant, I've always wished for RPG games to have something like this!

Massive game with many in-depth quest lines, and an endless stream of randomized loot that scales with you.

This is an amazing game; it combines farming, crafting, good combat, and likeable characters. I look forward to seeing more from the series!

Slime Rancher is a fantastic game; the perfect balance between peaceful and a spicy hint of danger. It's a constant journey of exploration and discovery, and it hits perfectly when you just want to enjoy a nice break from the world.

I do miss the tangle slimes though; they were my favorite

This is an amazing game, it's impossible to feel anything negative while you look at your collection of slimes. The story/lore have some genuinely heartfelt moments, which wasn't something I was expecting, and the combination of story elements and music was executed flawlessly. They managed to pack more emotion into a small collection of text dialogues than most developers can get with a game that's almost entirely dialogue.

On top of this, the gameplay is nearly flawless. Few games manage to make you feel truly free, but Slime Rancher not only allows you to push the limit of your jetpack, they actively encourage you and reward you for going places that most other games would punish you for.

I look forward to seeing more from this developer in the future.

I've never written a Steam review before. Every game I've gotten has seemed fine, for whatever price point the game had. This game is horrible, and anyone who worked on it should feel ashamed. I gave the game time for hotfixes, I knew it had released to early, and I played it on release and actually enjoyed the gameplay itself despite many crashes. But now, the game is objectively worse. Assets popping into existence every couple seconds, terrible vehicle handling, the game has not been fixed, and they probably will never fix it. They got their money, triple A price for every sucker who got it on release, and they're never fixing anything. What a disappointment.

Won't let me play it even though it's downloaded.
