I put a few hundred hours into this game on my Xbox 360 years ago, then again on my Xbox One. Why not a couple more on my PC? I always have so much fun playing this game, vanilla or modded. And even to this day i'm still finding new side quests(and bugs) I hadn't discovered before.

There is a large pool of characters to choose from, all with interesting abilities that genuinely make it difficult to choose who to main. My favourites so far are Groot, Squirrel Girl, and Adam Warlock.

The art is cute, and the voice lines, especially when characters interact, are possibly my favourite part of the game. The items in the shop are a reasonable price, especially considering the game is free, and the character skins are amazing.

I would highly recommend this game to anyone that loves similar games, even if they're not a Marvel fan, as it scratches that Overwatch itch, especially having not touched that game for a few years.

I've only just started exploring Altus Plateau, and I have 88 hours. Most of that has been exploring and finding mini bosses or NPCs to do quests for. Some of it has been farming runes and levelling when I get slapped by a main/optional boss (Screw you, Radahn). A lot of it has been talking about the lore with friends and sharing my theories for the endgame.

I was a little worried that having joint issues, the constant button mashing, and the intensity of the game would be too much, but taking my time and enjoying the game has been amazing. Especially since I put it in offline mode, as I was worried about invasions until a friend told me exactly how they work. Maybe now I can experience the glory that is messages on the floor without having to worry. I'm glad my first real entry into the genre was Elden Ring; next stop is finishing the base game, grabbing the DLC, and then getting the original Souls trilogy.

Edit: What an amazing game that was. I'm so glad I finally gave it a chance, after having the game sitting in my library for 2 years.

Remnant is not a genre I usually gravitate towards, but the story and game play had me falling in love. The DLCs are just the cherry on top.

A vampire beat me up, then santa laughed at me. 10/10 would play again.

Edit: Still attempting to get revenge against Vlad.

This is without a doubt my comfort game. The dings every time you clean something is chefs kiss.

It's also very disability friendly, the option to press a button and have a constant stream of water makes it very easy for my hands/fingers when my joints may be flaring up. Yes, it messes up my clean lines, so I tend to only use it on the worst pain days, but having that option is something I never realised I needed, until i'm 5 hours in and my joints are thanking me for it.

The game can be very clunky considering its age, and I wish switching weapons/plasmids was a little easier, but it's still my favourite game/series to this day. It has such a unique and interesting story, looks beautiful both on the inside and ocean around which feels very immersive. I found myself searching for every little crumb of lore possible and even then I've missed stuff.

It definitely has some replayability due to the ending and choices you can make regarding the little sisters, as well as play style. But even then, I find myself going back every few years just to experience the story again.

Very fun game considering how long we had to wait. I had my doubts and worries it wouldn't live up to the love/hype I have for the first game so went in with low expectations.

I'm still only 50% of the way in terms of campaign, but have been sightseeing, exploring every nook and cranny, doing every side quest that pops up and I only have 48 hours at the time of this review. Yes, it's possible to complete the game within 10 hours if you're speeding through, but taking your time and experiencing the game, you'll easily get your moneys worth. That's not even considering the multiple playthroughs you can do for different character voice lines/play styles.
