What a hidden gem this game is.

I got it randomly recommended, never seen or heard of it, and you got me at survival, plague, I'm a doctor..
The difficulty is just right and really good, it was very frustrating and stressful that I struggled during the entire game to stay alive, healthy and find/trade for everything I need. You can't be everywhere. You can't save everyone. I loved everything about it, in the beginning I was in a "WTF" mindset, everything was so weird (the people I talked to, what was happening, how people reacted to me, how people were in general, what I had to do), I got used to it.
