Jägermeister - Muffins
250 g Mehl
200 g Zucker
250 g Butter
4 Ei(er)
100 ml Likör, (Jägermeister)
3 TL Backpulver
½ TL Natron
1 Pck. Vanillezucker
1 TL Zimt
1 TL Kakaopulver
3 EL Schokostreusel
Mehl mit Natron und Backpulver vermischen, danach Schokostreusel, Zimt und Kakao zufügen und zur Seite stellen.

Zucker mit Butter schaumig schlagen, dann nach und nach Eier hinzu geben sowie den Vanillezucker. Nun den Jägermeister unterrühren.

Nach und nach das Mehlgemisch dazugeben und vorsichtig verrühren.

In den auf 200°C vorgeheizten Backofen geben und bei 175°C Umluft 25-30 Minuten backen.

Einfach 'n Banger, habe nicht's anderes erwartet.

Der Developer hatte gute Intentionen (Phasmophobia kopieren) hat in der Umsetzung aber kläglich versagt.
Das gesamte Spiel ist Schmerz in meinen Augen und es brennt einfach nur höllisch und ich habe suizidale Gedanken bekommen.

Zudem sollte man sich, bevor man aus dem EA raus geht definitiv dran setzen und das gesamte Spiel, im Idealfall neu entwerfen und bitte, bitte, bitte die gesamten Animationen etc. neu machen &' das nicht auf schnell fertig machen sondern mit etwas mehr Liebe.

Viel Spaß damit, es ist kacke.

Erstklassiges Spiel, aber schau mal hier eine wilde Chili con Carne von Chefkoch:

800 g Rinderhackfleisch oder halb und halb
2 m.-große Zwiebel(n)
3 Zehe/n Knoblauch
2 EL Öl, zum Braten
1 Paprikaschote(n), orange
2 EL Tomatenmark, (2-fach konzentriert)
1 gr. Dose/n Tomate(n), (ca. 800 g), stückig
1 Dose Kidneybohnen, (480g)
1 Dose Mais, (200g)
500 ml Brühe
Cayennepfeffer
Paprikapulver
Chilipulver
Salz und Pfeffer
Zucker
Tabasco


Die Zwiebeln abziehen, in Würfel schneiden und in einem tiefen Topf oder Bräter im Öl goldgelb anbraten. Hackfleisch zufügen, gut anbraten und Farbe nehmen lassen. Dabei ab und zu umrühren und das Hackfleisch zerkleinern.

Paprika putzen, in Würfel schneiden und zum Hackfleisch geben. Tomatenmark zufügen und etwas anrösten. Die Tomaten, den gepellten und zerkleinerten Knoblauch sowie Gewürze (Zucker, Salz, Pfeffer, Paprika, Tabasco, Chili oder Cayenne) zugeben. Allerdings lieber erst einmal etwas vorsichtiger würzen und gegebenenfalls nach der Kochzeit nachwürzen. Mit Brühe auffüllen und bei mittlerer Hitze 30 - 45 Minuten einkochen lassen, ist die Flüssigkeit verkocht, immer wieder Brühe angießen.

Kurz vor Ende der Garzeit Bohnen und Mais aus der Dose befreien, gründlich abspülen und zufügen. Diese nur kurz wenige Minuten mitgaren. Anschließend alles noch einmal abschmecken und gegebenenfalls nachwürzen. Am besten schmeckt ein Chili gut durchgezogen, ist also wunderbar am Tag vorher vorzubereiten!

Anrichten:
Chili con Carne in einem tiefen Teller oder einer Schüssel servieren. Dazu passt ein knuspriges Baguette, Tortillas oder Nachos.

Tipps: Wahlweise kann das Chili auch mit klein geschnittenem Fleisch und frischen Chilischoten zubereitet werden.
Wer seinem "normalen" Chili einmal eine etwas andere Geschmacksrichtung geben möchte, verfeinert das obige Rezept mit einem Teelöffel Kreuzkümmel, einem Esslöffel dunklem Kakaopulver und einem doppelten Espresso! Guten Appetit!
