The story was sweet and pretty interesting, learning the languages were amazing, and there were both hard and not so hard puzzles. Now, i didn't like how the perspective changed every time you went from one area to another. it made it very hard for me to navigate. Traversing made sense, but could also be very slow at times. An ingame map that you fill out as you go would've helped tremendously, and even fast travel to points of interest, though i understand why they did it the way they did. I also wasn't a big fan of the chase/stealth sections.

All in all i really enjoyed my time with it!

Absolutely incredible game. It's not easy, but so very rewarding solving everything.

This was my first time trying a typing game, and it was much more engaging than i thought it would be! The story was also sweet, and definitely caught me off guard. Really good!

Absolutely loved it! Only a few of the puzzles fell a bit flat for me, but otherwise it was pretty good all the way. Great and fun narrative with such an absurd setting. The ending and the accompanying music is so worth it!

Beatiful game, that makes everything you do feel really satifsying. Definitely completeable without using hints. It was really nice that it didn't use obscure solutions just to make it hard.

I never expected this game to be for me, and i always thought it looked a bit low effort. When i finally took the step and began playing (I love giving different games a REAL chance, even if it's not for me) It took a long time for me to really get into it, understand what it was trying to do and reach a point where what i was doing made sense. I think i even had to reach near the end for it to say click for me, but when it did it was like a flash before my eyes remembering all the little things that lead up to that point. I have since replayed it twice (For reasons) and been enjoying how much can change each playthrough.

If you dont feel like this is for you, try pulling through. For me it was worth it despite it feeling a bit slow at first.

Going in with no expectiations, knowing that this would be more of a movie with light gameplay elements, i had a good time!
Characters were mostly enjoyable to watch, the atmosphere great and the story became more and more interesting the further i got. Played it with a friend and really enjoyed it!
Choices felt like they mattered, and even though i believe the game has some replayability, i feel like i got what i needed from my one playthrough.

Amazing and full of charm from the start. I never expected that i would become this invested in a game about a dung beetle, but here i am. There's just so much more to this game than just the gimmick of A dung beetle used as a pinball-ball. It's fantastic in every way. The artstyle is super pretty and along with the incredible soundtrack, this game creates a hell of an atmosphere. Even the world and the story kept me invested all the way through! I am so glad that i found this gem! This is now one of my favorite indie titles, and it will stay that way for a long time.

Nice graphics, fitting music and sounds. The levels are overall nice, and the thing about bringing an npc giving you more abilities are super fun!

BUT!
Wow did i rage quit this game a million times before completing it.
Having lives for each section of a level is alright, but some parts are just super tough, while others are easy to get through. The amount of lives are not always enough, and it's just super annoying when you've gone really far into a level to just lose all of your lives and die in the end.
Another thing that is annoying are the "Run" sections. I get why they are there, but wow they are just SUPER tight, and you basically have to die after reaching a checkpoint, to be able to actually reach the next checkpoint.
All of these things would not be too bad, if only the controlling itself was good, and i must be honest, it is really floaty in a bad way, you often get stuck on geometry while jumping up onto a platform and generally it just doesn't feel very good.

last but not least. What in the world is that last level? You have not had nearly enough time to play around with the different characters to just throw them all into one level. That level is next level hard.

I'm sad that i will have to give this one a bad review, as i really enjoy the overall aesthetic, but this was a pain to play. Maybe give it a try if it's on sale, and see if you feel the same way.
