FF is back. And its, like, OK.
You can do all the stuff that make you feel like you toying with swiss knife, instead of playing a fighting game. And now there is REV button and Victory taunts are LP+LK+HP+back\forward...
There are even some kind of sandbox mode... but whatever.
I just like how it plays. It may be an aquired taste, but right now I don't want dumb throw loops, skip neutral buttons, 0 interaction top tiers with 2 braincell routes, games that do not trust players to input special moves, or even games by devs that want to force agressive gameplay by giving everyone advantageous tracking moves that loop into themselves...
I'm just gonna create a color scheme of a naked wrestler and get close and personal to everybody.

Naaaw. I played it, I've beat it and I can assure you, its a bad game. Its one of those games that META its difficulty. Its hard to explain, but its just mostly annoying than anything.

You know, there are "naturally" hard games, that have this natural and rewarding progression (more like challenge) loop. And there are games with devs who tryhard to make make game extra hard. There is a difference.

I won't even touch whole "gooner bait" shebangle around this game. Its just one of those games made for certain people, who damaged enough, or don't have other things to do, than obsess over something pointless.

*BRC is not JSR, yo. But it remembers its ROOTS, an' thas wat matter in da streets, man.*
cough-cough
This game is very good. In its own way. It deviates from JSR and does its own thing. For good or worse. But this game rocks.
_________YOU CAN GO AND BUY IT NOW______________

BRC feels like something in the middle of JSR and JSR:F.
It has its own style, that deviates from something 70-ties inspired to something more modern.
Game has realy slapping music (and 3 tracks made by man-child-CEO-OF-FUNK himself).
BCR has very smooth gameplay: doing 20M combos never felt so good. Annd it tries to polish some things that JSRF lacked.
So the game is very fun and cool and stuff.

On the other hand, some stuff is still underbaked and there are no "visionary" core behind the game.
*Fighting mechanics are something JSR lacked, but there was a reson why it lacked it: it was about "fighting" the establishment with ART. Not kicking people in the head until they limp away. And this new fighting mechanic is still "underbaked" (it would be cool if you could at least to paint GROUPS of cops, so it would be faster).
*New graffity system is underbaked too. It stops the game for too long, and there is no transition animation when its over. Its cool as "picking grafitty with motions" but not so cool as system for doing grafitty mid combo.
*Low budget puts a real strain on cinematics. Like, REEEEEAL strain. It just not as lively as it should be. If game had impressive cinematics I would give it GOTY (its my opinion, now go back to wukong or something). *Also story does not have as prominent themes as JSR. Its good for what it is, don't get me wrong, but is not something that will be remembered (too much "and then", not enough "therefore").

BUT all this stuff aside the game is great fun, and should be bought.

1. Don't worry about the "time limit" it perpetual, "make X villages, end cycle, get reward".
2. Game is very cool, there is a general progression and it won't get repetitive for a while.
3. Game have DLC locked achievements but everything must have a downside, I guess.

Well this is bullcrap.
YOU CAN'T BUY Champion Pack separately AS UPGRADE TO A GOLD EDITION or whatever.
BUT YOU CAN BUY Preorder exclusive items.

Like, What?! Why it is not other way around?
And Saber Int. is getting Bad reviews for free, because everyone has that DLC by default, unlike Champion Pack.

Spacemarine 2: Titus Tearing Tyranides, featuring the Sand Bois.

OVERALL:
Its a sucsessor of SM1. SM2 expanded in every field that matter, but have some content shortcomings. Overall, its very good, considering Game's Workshop Great Shovelware Directive (when almost anybody can sqeeze a Warhammer game, quality be damned).

Pros:
* Overal graphics and presentation.
* Quality of Solo and Co-Op content.
* New gameplay additions make game well paced in combat.
* Season passes have free content and paid cosmetics, so selective purchaces are encouraged and "season moneydumps" are not required.
Cons:
* Ammount of Solo content.
* PvP has the leveling and it is just divisive topic (but its overblown).
* Bits of DEI slop left by GW. TChyron the disabled noble black marine (lore gray zone), Indian-Cadian (not lore accurate at all), generic marines are DEI approved 1/3 black and 1/3 asian. You cannot choose the skin color, you will consoom what is given.

The game is 50/50. Many degenerates call it "sleeper hit" b\c they are furries.
But thats far from truth.
Visuals: general design is ok. Optimisation is still lacking. But for FPS the game is too garish and its just uncomfortable too run and aim when everything has same saturation and no uniform colors.

Gameplay: srsly, beyond card system the game is nothing special. Nothing like bhoping or stuff to do.

Player exp: don't even try to play it without friends. Game is not fun to grind your initial deck VS PPL who can do what literally feels like "cheating". One round you can't jump, slow and can't use cards, next round you die with one headshot, and round after that, enemy is near invulnerable and runs at you with double tapping shotgun. That sucks, when you heave 3 bonuses that does not even matter.
That not even talking about card LVLs that does not look like much IN SOME CASES, BUT in other cases there is a huge impact, giving equipped player tons of survivability.
Netplay: this game is niche, you will be matched with 1000hrs sweats and premades all the time. Get dunked, grind and lose some more b\c people know how to DC without penalty and easy-anti-cheat is ♥♥♥♥.

So, no don't even bother if you don't have furry friends or something like that. Otherwise wait for a sale.

Early Access Review
State of art boomershooter\stealth\samdbox.
Beatuiful style, thrilling story and gampeplay, alot attention to the detail.
Only thing that I want is tunning of melee combat, because its ok, but not focused enough.
