I think the obvious comparison is lethal company, so let me entertain that and tell you what this one's got over that one:

•Physics! You move things with a physics tether, things can collide, push and damage other things or themselves and you!
•Hiding! You can actually hide from some enemies if you can't combat them
•Doable combat! You can stun, damage and outright kill enemies in a more effective manner than LC, but those enemies are also stronger.
•Tighter maps! Still as labyrinthine though.
•A shopping cart! To keep all your items in it as you walk the map... or have them all destroyed at the same time when you accidentally drop the cart into a ditch.

It's really fun, and the differences are a positive for me over LC.

UE5 slop, and one of the worst gunplays out there. I've played pixel art games where firing guns is more satisfying than this game.

At 4 and then 40 hours in I had complained about mutants being tanky and small graphical glitches. The game is still pretty hard on hardware, but tons of things have been fixed already. However the closer you get to the end of the game, the more the zone becomes hostile and harder, as those who survive start getting better and better gear along with you. Sidequest are a weak point, there's few of the non random-generated kind.

No regional pricing, glacial pace of development, almost every module is E.A. and never gets finished, neglect for mission scripting and deletion of API features rather than expanding and opening their systems.

Even if some aircraft modules are amazing, you'd still be limited to the neglected mission scripting systems, cheesy paid campaigns (don't waste money on those), or you'll have to go multiplayer.

I want to help the project, but I'm not putting money on a game with a 'keep logging in to not lose progress' mechanic. I don't care how easy (yes, it's pretty easy) it is to get the resource to keep my progression, it's just a bad mechanic with no reason for existing.

I'll re-check once they rework or remove it.

This game sets aside the normal constrains of an RC Sim to deliver the experience of designing, building and piloting your own creations. It's the RC Sim you dreamed with as a kid, wishing you could make your own planes, cars, boats, rockets... and pretty much whatever else!

Originally a great alternative to the failed BF2042, it failed at and died for something very basic: Listen to your community.

So, 10 years after, the devs comes out of nowhere to DELETE CONTENT FROM THE GAME. Yikes.

Ended up as a bait and switch to upsell a full, separate product (which is essentially the same product). Avoid buying.
