So far the game is nothing short of a masterpiece. Do yourself a favor, buy it and just enjoy the ♥♥♥♥ out of it.

The devs at Sandfall Interactive could pursue a career as profesional chefs with how insanely hard they cooked here. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ they came in with a bang and showed they are cappable of making one hell of a game.

Safe to say I'll be looking forward to their future projects.

In all honesty, the game's a blast.

The game having "Mixed" reviews on here shows how much the gaming culture suffered over the time. One person leaves a negative review because the game wasn't translated into turkish. Others are viewing the game negatively because there are multiple currencies present (keep in mind there are FIVE pages of events at launch and of course you cannot have a single currency for all of them). Only one of these currencies is the "premium" currency which you have to buy with real cash. The rest of them are used to get FREE in-game cosmetic items and are acquairable in game.

Content:
At launch the game has not only the core 5v5 mode (PVP as well as PVE vs bots) but also many arcade gamemods (Outbreak [cs:go zombies], Duels, TDMs, Glunite grab [kill confirmed], FFA, Rocketeers [basically a TDM with rocket launchers and knives]). There's of course also a ranked mode.

There are 13 characters (Lancers). Each of them have 3 unique abilities. Unlocking new Lancers with the in-game currency is a bit expensive. Though you do get some free Lancer unlocks while playing.

About the monetization:
The battle passes are devided into two (just like in COD) - Premium and Ultimate. Yes, having an Ultimate version of a battle pass is a bit greedy, but no harm done. If you like cosmetics and are willing to spend a bit more on a BP, you can get it. If you're thinking about buying the BP, check out the subscription option.

If you decide to subscribe (roughly $10/month) you'll get access to all the Lancers, the Premium BP, premium currency (rough equivalent of $12), progression boosts (player lvl and BP lvl) and other benefits.

The only luck dependant (gacha) system is the Constellation event. Here you open capsules and get in-game cosmetic rewards. The grand price is a knife (hatchet) skin resembling a dagger-like sword. The percentages are a bit extreme, but on the other hand there has to be at least a bit of a grind right? If you're playing purely F2P you won't probably ever get the skin (although there is a slim chance), but you still get some free capsules which you can open.

Gameplay:
If I had to describe the game using similar games, I would probably say it is a mixture of Valorant and COD(?). The pace is a bit quicker than your regular CS or Valorant-like game. That being said the gun play, at least to me, feels really solid. Each round is made different by Shard cards. These are... well... cards which have the power to change the rules of the game. It goes from extending your weapon's magazine to making the enemy team's head big or making the map frozen which lets you slide around.
To be fair, when the game got announced I wasn't the biggest fan of this idea. I like the gameplay I'm used to from the other games and this felt like a huge change. The more I play (the play tests and now the full release) the more I welcome this mechanic. Truth be told some of the cards are a bit much, but the game just launched - changes can be made.

Summary:
Don't let the rating here on Steam drive you away from the game. If you're even a bit interested, try it for yourself and make your own opinion about the game. For me and my friends, we're having a blast playing!

The game looks amazing, runs amazing, plays amazing... Let's get Bloodborne next, shall we?

Surely in a couple years... right? After that I'll be able to say I can die happy!

Resident Evil 4 Remake

"Over here, stranger."

This remake is a masterpiece! From the suspensful scary beginning to the action-packed craziness in the end. Definitely a GOTY in my book.

To start things of, I like this remake the most of the 3. I'm a huge fan of the more action-like approach. I wasn't very keen on all the puzzles and backtracking in RE2R and RE3R was just a bit short for my taste - but that's just a fact.

I haven't played the original RE4, so I'm gonna talk about the remake as a completely new game (to me).

- Story -
Six years have passed since the biological disaster in Raccoon City. Leon S. Kennedy, one of the survivors, tracks the president's kidnapped daughter to a secluded European village, where there is something terribly wrong with the locals...

The story is very well paced. Your placed in Leon's shoes as you uncover the truth about what this strange place you're currently on is and what happened here... And of course there's Ashley.

- Characters -

"Where's everyone going? Bingo?"

All characters are very well written. They feel human, showing their emotions - telling jokes, acting frightened, having sincere dialogues between each other. And of course they are many great and badass one-liners!
Ashley and Luis went through a great upgrade from what I've seen from the original. To all those Ada haters, just get over it. Her voice is completely fine.

- Gameplay -

"Gun rhymes with fun for a reason, stranger!"

The gameplay is once again more action packed just like RE3R. Well except there's no slowmotion this time around. Gun play feels good and the best of all is the balance of every single weapon. Capcom managed to hit the nail right on the head. It just feels so good to switch the weapons around and really have fun with them... Yes even the TMP. Even though I'm personally a sucker for the Red9. The only inconvenience I can think of is there is no dodge button, but I get that the game would be too easy with a parry button AND a dodge button. It's just that it sometimes feels weird that running away from enemies is the only "dodge" movement you can do.

Resident Evil 4 Remake is truly one of the best games I've ever played.

Separate Ways

I LOVED playing through this DLC. The way it ties parts of the main story together is just amazing. I already did multiple playthroughs as I really enjoy it. Another great thing about this exceptional remake!

Conclusion

I can't recommend you enough getting these two games. As I said above, they are truly a masterpiece!

Elden Ring

Let me start by saying this was the first game I played created by FromSoftware (well except for killing the first boss in DS3 - which doesn't really count, does it?). I wasn't caught up in the Elden Ring hype and I wasn't really interested in the game even after it's release. It didn't even come up in my mind to even look at it, as I thought it wouldn't be the right game for me. And oh boy was that a mistake. About a month ago I finally decided to look into the game and almost instantly decided to get it.

Not being interested in the game from the start actually made me enjoy it that much more. I wasn't hyped up from any trailers, media or rumors. I went into the game with a clean slate. And it was amazing. From the first time hearing the AWESOME soundtrack in the menu to exploring the crazy world of Lands Between - and let me tell you I barely scratched the surface of what the world has to offer.

The world really feels alive. It's crazy how from previous - mostly linear - games the devs managed to create such an impressive open world. The map is HUGE and there isn't an area which feels empty and out of place. Each location really feels different and tells it's own story.
There are some let's say tedious locations, I'm looking at you Mountaintops of the Giants, that get a bit annoying after playing through the game several times. Nevertheless even these snow-covered depressing hills deserve a special places in any gamer's heart. I won't mention any other locations because it would be a sin to spoil any of them.

Locations being behind us, let's move onto the people inhabiting the Lands Between. The NPCs are there for themselves not for the player. That makes them feel really alive - you've never met this guy? Well he certainly doesn't care because he was doing his thing anyways. And that's crazy. The world is constantly evolving and the NPCs are too. And not just that, the people you meet during your adventure are as interesting as it gets. There weren't many times I could certainly say "Okay, this NPC is good, pure-hearted and they will surely stay that way!". The craziest thing is you might not meet even half of the NPCs if you're just playing the game for the sake of reaching the end.

Bosses will kick your ass and those bastards will look cool doing it. Damn I wish I was born a cool boss too. But hey tough luck foul tarnished. Get some shiny gear and kick their ass for a change. After all you're ambitious and surely not foolish at all - Margit the goat fanboy.

Elden Ring has 6 unique endings. That's all I'm gonna say about that. Though don't expect to be an Elden Ring Expert after your first... or tenth playthrough. The lore is, as FromSoft is known for, hidden in every possible way there is. You get a new weapon? You thought, it's lore in disguise. You got a completely useless pot which is completely useless? Oh wait it's got ten paragraphs of lore in it's description. Honestly if you really want to know atleast a bit of lore or you're interested in a certain character, I recommend you to look up external sources about them, such as youtube videos or useful lore sites. But be warned, there are still numerous mysteries which even the most notorious loreheads are still uncertain about. But hey, that's the beauty of it all, isn't it?

I have to say, I don't think there currently is and for a long time will be any better entry point to FromSoft games. Even though, Elden Ring still doesn't exactly help you get through and still kicks your ass every chance it gets, it's a fun ass kicking. And I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone even a bit interested in the genre or in the game itself.

It might even be time to announce a DLC reveal, what do you say FromSoft? ...pretty please?

TLDR: Game of the year - do I need to add anything else? Wait... Actually I do. There are Waifus. FromSoft boys truly outdone themselves.

-fun with friends, if you're alone it's worse, but it's still pretty good.
-optimalization - fine
-servers - fine
-squad problems - not anymore
-first MP game from ubisoft that works perfectly!
-starter edition is harder in earning new operators, so i recommend you buying the standart one.

It's a great game!
