TIME TO GET SERIOUS

With over 200 hours, I think it's time I give at least a little insight on this game.

Yes. DayZ met Minecraft and had a child. Yes. That is this game. Yes. This game has zombies. Yes. This game is in alpha. Yes. This game is worth every dime.

The Pimps don't update the game too often, but they do have a developer's diary which shows their progress on the next update to let you know they haven't forgotten. It's not cross-console, so don't expect to play with your console buddies. The game is fun with multiple friends especially on a PvP server. It has its fair share of bugs, but it's managable for the most part. You should be getting playable frames unless you have a toaster with an Intel Family Chipset (Sorry all in one users from 2k09). Death is detrimental in the beginning, but once you've read books and skill points go up, death doesn't set you that far back. To some, that could ruin the challenge. To others, it could be relieving. Just know yourself in that aspect.

Staying in one spot will ruin the game for you. Granted, on the 7th day is horde night and you will probably get destroyed if you don't have a good enough fort. But moving around constantly is the best way to enjoy the game in my opinion. You can raid bases, there are physics, and the world is HUGE. Unity seems like the worst part of this game, although it's not worse than what the Pimps started with (not exactly sure what the heck that was). It only gets better from here, and it's early access. Any questions and I'll try to answer. I didn't try to make this very neat because I wanted to be to the point, so yes I scattered my topics wildly in this review. c:
