Pretty short (sub 3 hours), but an alright puzzler. Get it for cheap if you can.

Just no.
Some people will say it's alright for a mobile game, yeah sure... if it was on mobile.
For being a mobile port it has a ton of technical issues:
Mouse clicks not registering in menus 25% of the time, audio glitches (loud static noise), audio desyncing due to failing to load properly, one time I was trapped in menus for a good 20s without being able to do anything.
Even for a story playthrough, it's just not worth the time, just watch it on youtube for the key moments if you feel the need.

It's a good game. The gameplay is interesting and upgrade choices can tailor how you play.
A lot of room to explore alternate paths to the same objective.
A good prequel story to the legendary Deus EX, sowing the seeds of how the world became what it was in that game.
Does a lot to make the player think about morality and philosophical questions about the world and people.
The main character is interesting and fleshed out, even with a mysterious dark past.

Game has a few technical issues with crashing, and one game breaking bugg in the last section that made me have to replay the last major section of the game once since the game kept crashing. Tech issues will most likely never get fixed, which is a shame.

The good:
The overall story is decent, though not fantastic.
The game brings up philosophical questions.
The combat is okay, though simplified from Deus Ex.
The sidequests add a lot of fun to the game.

The bad:
The individual characters in the story are a lot less fleshed out than in the original. They feel more like set pieces.
The technical issues just playing it on PC. Even with the mods that make it playable in current year, it still has a ton of issues including crashes and the fact that it closes and opens a new .exe every single time you zone or load. The console is also gone and can only be semi-replaced with a horrid debug menu.
AI sometimes breaks really horrendously making the enemies free kills, and sometimes they can geo-locate you through the walls.
Each new zone is incredible tiny compared to Deus EX, and then it is also segmented behind multiple loading screens.
The story suffers from incorporating continuity from Deus EX. There could have been a multi-factioned story that is evident in the beginning of the game, but when the plot from the previous game gets introduced it all ends up being thrown out to focus on it, and not in a good way.
The ending is really bad in the "pick your ending" type of way. At the final section of the game you get the option to choose to align yourself with factions that make absolutely no sense based on what you've done throughout the game.

All in all I would only recommend it to people who can go into it expecting something below mediocre and still being able to enjoy it. For anyone interested in the story elements only I would recommend to watch a playthrough of the story on youtube. It's really not worth it to play yourself unless you're particularely interested.

For being 5 bucks on sale it was alright. A bit frustrating when one player is stuck and the other kinda just waits around. The companion 2 player system was decent, however it's not too different from the way coop puzzle games let people help each other while both solving puzzles. For a sale-price it's worth a buy/playthrough, just not groundbreaking.

Rocks, the true enemy of freedom and democracy.

Game is alright if bought on sale for the coop, though it's a bit short.

Still holds up.

The setting, the conspiracies, the choice of how to play and much more.
Just a great shooter rpg.

Make sure you look up some guides on how to fix/set up some graphical addons for the modern age.

Bad plot, bad "puzzles", bad dialogue/writing, not even fun to make fun of how bad it is.
5-6~ hours of gameplay.
Just don't.
