As for cost of block reduction, I still don't know, why is altcast putting so much in it? I did what fox said and was ready to attempt it his way on the next try, did some test run for vLOM HM as a tank and it works well. My previous tanking build was more like the one fox recommended me anyway, as I said it was a test from seeing alcast putting so much in it. And I still wonder why and think it's fair to wonder why.
