This was an absolutely phenomenal experience, mind you I can't do horror games because I'm a huge wuss, even more so when they're in VR, but good god I'm so happy I decided to buy this game cause it is nothing short of fantastic. The oppressive atmosphere that the developers created constantly leaves you on edge the whole play through, and the enemies are so unsettling and rather difficult to deal with during the early parts of the game which further amplifies said atmosphere. It honestly feels like I was playing Resident Evil 1 in VR, with how the puzzles were (granted there were only a few because of the game's overall length and they weren't too complicated either), all of the key items that you had to collect to progress through the game, shortcuts you can unlock with those items, how the enemies became more numerous and aggressive as you progressed, and I loved it every step of the way. My only real complaint is the games length. It unfortunately comes to a swift end by the time you become a little more comfortable moving around the hotel and as the action starts to pick up quite a bit. I did however learn that this is an incredibly small team of devs and totally understand the limitations there. As I said before though, this game is a fantastic experience and I highly recommend it for folks who love horror games and for folks, like myself, who don't do too well with horror games.
