It has been a long while since I have gotten back into gaming. I have been and still remain to this day a huge Harry Potter fan, so I was excited when I heard about this game being released, I have been waiting for a long while, back when I became a Gold Member of Wizarding World.

The game itself is beautiful and holds up on it's own with great action, side missions and feels just great to roam around the Hogwarts Legacy world.

My real only gripe is too many cut-scenes or areas where you cannot skip, especially if you create a new character, you have no real way but to suck up to the same old scenes etc... Yes there is a Skip option, but only on certain monologue situations.

Apart from that... I am just enjoying every aspect of this game, sure it is not perfect, but for a first proper open world games made by Portkey Games and Warner Bros, It is incredibly solid, and hope to potentially see an MMO variant of this!

Early Access Review
Fun to socialise and meet new friends. Has some fun activities and random stuff that brings laughter and joy to the mix. Overall quite a solid social experience, apart from the occasional troll every now and then.

Simply fun and bloody scary at times. I want to try this in a VR experience, although I could collapse and have a heart attack, I'm not really one for the horror genre!

The game is fun and I do enjoy my Star Wars extravaganza, however the campaign has been left in the wilderness with the floating-in-the-air bodies that come into the Star Wars world after death. Whilst this bug at times is fairly humourous, after a while it becomes rather irritating, and does sadly show an ineptitude of care from the developers.

Regardless of these bugs, I won't let that get in the way of the overall gaming experience (although many a times it can get fairly repetitive, like most shooters).

On the most part it is a fun game to lose reality into, although I do not believe the cost of the game is worth paying for due to the bugs left by developers. If you do want to play this game I would recommend getting it free on Epic Games, something I wish I had waited for now that I think of it...

If I could give this game a star rating I would probably shout out a 3-3 and a half stars out of 5.

I'm still yet to get into this game with only playing 4 hours of it, however so far I am impressed by the graphical environment, different combat scenes from using various poisons to take down your foe really do make for a challenging and thrilling experience. So far however, I have been experiencing some strange graphical frame issues with no fix found, I have seen multiple people complain about these exact issues on The Witcher forums with no fix in sight, so I do hope a re-install will help!

Though disappointed with a few bugs, especially after the countless release date changes, the game is still very enjoyable, I have spent most of my time going through the Side Gigs, activities and have become fairly addicted to it. I enjoy the dialog that changes the way you decide to converse with the characters, as expected with a hardcore RPG styled game. There is a lot of potential with this game, especially with any further content they decide to add and the continued nurture through vigorous updates.

Early Access Review
I don't play Gang Beasts often, generally due to many minor friends i frequently play with not having the game. As early access, there are many problems, and as many have experienced, these problems are frequent when it comes server lag, or even connecting to a game in the first place. These problems are incrediby irritating, and i do hope the developers can find a fix soon.

There isn't much to do on Gang Beasts, which is expected also, however, from the 8 hours I've spent, it sure hasn't stopped giving me laughs, and it will continue to do so. The physics and animations are pretty cool, especially for an early access game, I'm surprised the level of detail the developers have put into character animation.

There is a few issues in this game, but regardless of the issues, it will not permanently stop my interest. Overall, this game is great for a bit of light-hearted humerous fun with your friends, or even family! I do feel it is better to get this game on sale, as for £14.99, I don't think it's worth it, and not for any early access game in that regard.

Early Access Review
Battle Royale games have potential, PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds has potential. From buying this game, to playing it, I haven't stopped playing it since. I always have that need to play games like this. But of course, this is a review, and reviews need to be compiled of constructive criticism. Korean developers Bluehole have done a good job of simulating a different, unique type of game, combining forms of group tactical play, to the fast paced get out and survive thrill.

The mechanics of shortening safe zones really does give off a tense vibe, and I can see it was designed for that, but also to stop campers! These mechanics of shortening safe zones has become the heart of PUBG, and is what makes the game function. Dropping from the plane, descending from the air, and scouting out your drop zone makes you feel more in control of your surroundings, and gives that extra feel of relief to find that SKS on the floor, or a level 3 helmet.

Playing within your own group of friends really does make the game more exciting and satisfying. Without taking it seriously, we can run on the fields near butt naked, one with his afro bouncing around like a rabbit on heroin. The tense feeling being held up in a building with your friends, hearing a jeep, or a bike louring near you really can give you some sense of fear, or even the unknown footsteps that grow nearer and nearer, to which could be your imminent end.

All of these moments experienced is what makes a good game succeed. But of course, the time to be critical is now.

Never-mind my over-zealous descriptions of this game, as with any 'Early Access' game, problems will arise, bugs will be found, and unfairness will exist. Now i quote 'Early Access' for a reason, from my experience, i haven't come across major issues in conjunction to bugs, or unfairness. The game has been incredibly smooth, with hardly any issues, now of course, that can be down to my mad setup that i run on, however, it is very difficult to maintain a smooth experience when releasing games under the Early Access banner. And for that, i do applause Bluehole Inc.

The one thing that frustrates me more is paying for cosmetics. Saving money to buy the game, and attempting to reach top 10 out of 100 is hard enough. Of course, you may just say they're cosmetics, however, cosmetics that give some form of camouflage within the map can lead to an advantage over others. I've always disliked the 'Pay to Win' marketing strategies that nearly all major game developers force in our faces. I'd feel happier to pay a Monthly Fee if everything i get within the game is available to me. Content is important, and limiting content for customers will always shed a bigger negative impact within the gaming community, and it's something that needs to be considered, and thought about regularly. If what Chris Roberts does with Star Citizen succeeds, you can rest assure that many gaming companies like Bluehole Inc will go bust. It's important to develop in the eyes of a consumer, rather than develop in the eyes of a developer!

On the topic of cosmetics, I can roam the world and find Gas masks and Protective goggles. Now, I admit, on the cosmetic side, they look pretty bad-ass, however, if certain clothing like Gas masks and protective goggles are to be shown within the game, they should present more meaning rather than 'look cool'. I'd want to be able to defend myself from flash bangs with protective goggles, or, if poisonous gases were added, defend myself using a gas mask. This would ensure a more tactical and survival thrill to when you hit that top 5 in a Squad.

Overall, I have to say, despite some negatives, the game itself, as an 'Early Access' game has proven to deliver in the majority of it's goals. The tense combat and tactical elements Bluehole Inc wanted to achieve have been achieved, the Safe Zone and Dead Zone features is what adds brings the game together, alongside anticipating your perfect Skydive for the best tools to do the job. If BlueHole continue to deliver an exhilarating and fun experience to PUBG, then i will be excited to see what the finished and continued updates this product has to deliver.

Such a great game. A lot to do. I do wish there to be a CO-OP/Multiplayer option in the furture, this would make the game more kickass.
