First of all, i was thought the game is probably just one of those Half-assed Management Game with how simplistic it looks, UI still need some adjustment to be less confusing, then im noticing some bugs and glitches, and how certain features just barely translated to english well that it sometimes can not be simply understandable.
I do think whats really lacking with this game is how 'too forgiving' the game can be to the player, barely any consequences which all decision resulted to be in good result anyway. "Oh i didnt drop out a student despite they already have 10 demerits ? its fine they will be a good student and passed the school anyway lmao" "I didnt build the specific room despite the students or the teacher really asking for it ? its fine they will still be happy eventually lmao" etc

But im saying too much, who cares amirite ? (i do wish they would update the game to be a little harder and actually fix those UI tho). Like once you reach to the point where those doesnt matter anymore and you just completely grasp how the game works, its a very fun game and addicting to say the least, too addicting....i say

Recently i found out that i actually have Code Vein in my library that has not been played much since i bought it in 2020, i thought on myself "why i never finish this game ? i remember im liking the pretty decent character creation feature on it but i never know why i never bother to continue the game at all". And oh boy i think i finally realizing it again why i was never wanting to continue the game after i decided to downloaded the game again.

The game is not that great (at least for a so called Souls-like anime game).. down to the not so interesting world building, not so interesting lore and dialogues, the AI aren't so much considered to be "intelligence", and (imo) bad control placement at least for controller user like me. Like i need to modify some buttons to match up to my liking, but even when i already done it i still not having fun playing the game. Im trying to give this game another try, but at this point i dont think i would go even further, probably i would still having fun playing Dark Souls 2 than this tbh.

For someone that started the franchise from Dark Souls 3, the first Dark Souls i can say it is fairly quiet easy with how predictable the bosses movements are and some of them have gimmicks that you dont need to put much of efforts to defeat them (except its not so easy when you just manage to access the DLC expansion map on NG+ like i did, the difficulty feels like it went 100 very quickly like im fighting against DS3 bosses lmao).
While you might have to deal with the 'clunky' feel on the control and terrible poise system for your armor (at least if you coming from DS3 or Elden Ring), i guess thats really what makes the first Dark Souls charming and unique to its own.

this has potential, like legit has so many potential. i would like to see the devs add workshop support rather than adding more DLC characters and more interactions from the character, as currently there are barely any interaction or even anything to do from the character itself.

the more me grow up, the more me enjoyed staring into void with also talking with random, while quenching my thirst on getting fishes with 'random odds percentage chance'

Never thought me would see this one particular childhood game to have a realese on steam, and still feel quiet fun as me used to play it back then. Except this one does not have Multiplayer in it, which a main highlight of the game itself.....and thats really shame

This game is exactly how it feels like to snort cocaine while surfing on TikTok, playing Doom, and watching 80's anime at the same time
