Pullataikina Testattu K-Ruoka koekeittiössä (myös terpi)

Ainekset
1/2l maitoa
50g hiivaa
1 kananmuna
1 1/2tl suolaa
2dl sokeria
1rkl kardemummaa
n. 900g (14 dl) Pirkka vehnäjauhoja
200g voita tai leivontamargariinia

Voiteluun:
kananmunaa
Koristeluun:
raesokeria

Valmistus
1.Lämmitä maito kädenlämpöiseksi. Murenna hiiva maitoon ja sekoita joukkoon muna. Lisää suola, sokeri ja kardemumma. Lisää jauhoja vähitellen ja vaivaa taikina hyvin.
2.Lisää pehmeä margariini jauhojen lisäämisen loppuvaiheessa. Taikina saa olla pehmeää. Alusta taikinaa, kunnes se on tasaista ja irtoaa käsistä ja kulhon reunoista. Anna taikinan kohota leivinliinan alla 15-20 minuuttia.
3. Vaivaa taikinaa leivinpöydällä ja valmista siitä pitkoja, pikkupullia tai korvapuusteja. Kohota pullat liinalla peitettyinä. Voitele kohonneet pullat munalla ja koristele raesokerilla.
Paista pitkoja 200 asteessa 20-25 minuuttia ja pikkupullia tai korvapuusteja 225 asteessa 8-10 minuuttia
