Zacznę od tego że nigdy nie byłem fanem strategii ani tego typu gier, jednak postanowiłem się skusić na zakup hoi'a 4 i nie żałuje mimo ponad 200 godzin w grze wciąż czasem przyjemnie odpalić sobie gierkę i przetestować inny tok wydarzeń. Mimo naprawdę ciężkiego początku po 20 godzinach gra zaczęła mnie wciągać na długie godziny. Moim zdaniem gra warta pieniędzy, jeśli tylko przyzyczaimy do kilku irytujących rzeczy pokroju słabiej optymalizacji i dziwnych ścinek co jakiś czas to naprawdę można z grą spędzić długie godziny ;)
